Worse place to get L&L and this coming from a Polynesian person. If you guys want better quality L&L go to the one on the south side of San Jose by the Almaden costco shopping center.
I got the chicken katsui, I think that's how it's spelled, and it was made well. Staff was friendly even as someone was training.
I’ve waited for 30 min for these kids to tell me they gave out the wrong order. All they did was stand there and talk.
I love L&L! My boyfriend and I come here pretty often because one plate fills us both up. It’s a healthy option and it’s more affordable than most places since one plate can feed two people. The staff and manager are so nice and I will keep coming back. I recommend ordering through the app for faster wait time.
I work in the area and they always forget utensils and katsu sauce. Food good tho

Usually I don't leave bad reviews but , This was my favorite place but not anymore every time they get worst.. I think they need a manager that checks the quality of the food before it leaves the door ?
I got the hamburger . It didn't look like the pictures the store presents on DoorDash!
