My nephew lives a few blocks from KV noodle so we met here for lunch.I've never been here so whenever I go to a Vietnamese restaurant for the first time, I always order a Vermicelli bowl with grilled pork or chicken and the Vietnamese ice coffee to compare with my past experiences.Unfortunately, they don't offer the Vermicelli bowl or grilled chicken. Which was a disappointment so i ordered the rice plate with grilled pork and a 2nd order with grilled short ribs to go.While waiting for our order, which took about 20 mins. We sat outside enjoying the ice coffee on the patio. It had 8 tables with large market umbrellas. We took our to go and we were not disappointed. The grilled pork and ribs were grilled perfectly. It was tender with lots of flavor. The ice coffee was delicious too. There's plenty of parking in front and street parking on the patio side too.I don't live in the neighborhood so i don't think I'll be back but my nephew and his family will definitely be returning.

Don’t really write reviews but this place was amazing. We Ordered the combination soup, Fried rice, and wonton soup and they were all really good with big portions. Had plenty of left overs! The owners Tom and Kathy sat us down while bieng extremely welcoming and really nice. They value their customers opinion and are always striving to improve. They also make you feel at home. Hands down best pho spot in town. A must try! Highly recommended!

The pho broth was clean yet rich, and the staff was super friendly. Tom let us know that the broth has no MSG and made by boiling real bone for countless hours to make the broth. It indeed tasted amazing! The water is also filtered. Owners care about the quality of the food and the service, and you can experience it when you visit KV Noodle ? Will definitely visit again!

Went here for dinner on the recommendation of a local friend and found the experience to be quite enjoyable.Servers were attentive and offered good suggestions, prices were reasonable, and the environment was well cared for.Can honestly say that this was the best pho I've had to this day.

Must have: Pho Combination with Oxtail. Clean, upscale environment, great music, friendly staff, tasty options. Highly recommend!

Delicious noodles. The service was superb. We loved everything. Their rice noodle soup was amazing.

We had an awesome brunch today. I really like what they did with the menu. Some of our favorites are on there. Other Vietnamese restaurants might not have the crispy noodles or the dry style noodles. There was no wait at 11:30AM on a Sunday. If we were at our usual San Jose noodle restaurants, there would be at least a half an hour wait. We had the combination crispy yellow noodles $14, 2x combination dry yellow noodles (L) $14 each, pho $14, side of beef rib $5, calamari $15 and onion rings $7. Everything tasted great and authentic. The portion sizes were adequate. There are certainly bigger bowls of noodles at other SJ establishments though. The food came out fast as there were only two other parties dining. This was a bonus because we were hungry from that half an hour drive from San Francisco. Great job chef and wait staff.

I had the combination dried noodles and it was delicious; very fresh and tasty. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it.

So, I came here to talk to the owner about her business banking and ended up becoming a huge fan of her food. Made fresh and the broth is amazing. The place is clean, the food is amazing, and it is a hiding gem in San Jose. With all the other PHO places using frozen ingredients and flavor-less broth, his is head and shoulders above its competitor.I would recommend going to this place as soon as possible!

This is my new favorite place, Great food and great service. The food came out very quick, super clean, I can tell there aren’t MSG in the food .
