I stumbled upon KSD on IG as their photos made everything look ridiculously good! No joke, from over a year ago and up until today, there has not been a single thing on their menu that is not top tier.I've tried almost everything on their menu, but the Ube Flan and Ube Cheesecake are my faves so far.KSD has officially put an end to the dilemma of that authentic ube flavor being non-existant. Every dessert will make your mouth water and beg you to eat another slice or piece.If you are a fan of ube desserts, you owe it to yourself to order anything on their menu. I had the pleasure of meeting Kim and Steph in person recently, and they are indeed the Ube Queens of the Bay! Treat yourself and give KSD a shot.
I tried a couple of desserts at a friend's party a couple of weeks ago, and boy was I impressed. The only thing I've had in the past is ube ice cream. And it is one of my favorite desserts.I wish I had taken pictures, but what I tried is their ube flan and cheesecake. The flan is the best I've ever had. The flavor and texture was just mind blowing. The cheesecake was so decadent and filled with rich ube flavor. I can't wait to try out more of their desserts.
Kim and Stephanie are true ARTISTS. They put their heart and soul into everything they do. Their bakery is a comfort and a delight in my life. I love getting to taste new flavors from Kim’s home mixed with inspirations from Stephanie’s upbringing as well.
