Low key the best Krispy chicken ?It's crispy on the outside, but juicy on the inside
Asked for fresh chicken but they said no we have to sell old ones first. Draw your own conclusion.
Had my first Krispy Krunchy Chicken from the Hayward location (Hesperian blvd and W Winton Ave), and it was absolutely juicy delicious. Reminded me of the Church's chicken back then. My recent purchase at Aborn Rd and San Felipe Rd seems to be much saltier than the above Hayward's location. I'll have to try Hayward's again to see if it's really that great to compare.
Amazing Chicken. I went there yesterday and got a few pieces of fried chicken, OMG better than KFC.
I've never had gas station chicken before.But, don't knock it until you try it.Perfectly cooked, Juicy, and seemed freshly cooked.Biscuit, was a little to sweet for my tastes.But, overall 4.7☆'s.2 pieces and a Biscuit for 5 bucks. ??
Very bad customer service experience especially the one Mexican woman with fake eyelashes ?! All other employees and locations are great, however this one employee at the Valley Krispy Krunchy on San Felipe and White is very disrespectful. If she doesn't like her job and helping customers perhaps she should find a new one. I would suggest owner of gas satation (whom all are very nice) and Krispy Krunchy corporate to take this seriously as she is not a good representation of the busines.
1/26/2022 Fried chicken looks good but more than what I want to spend
Great chicken but the biscuits and mashed potatoes are bland at best and the chicken is priced to high for a gas station
I saw some recommended in Facebook groups so I was curious how it tastes comparing to other fried chicken in the area. I would have to say it is actually not bad, I had fried check and Jojo fries, the only issue for me is the taste was too salty for me. And since it’s not just out of the oil pot so that I feel is not as juicy as fried chicken just cooked. However as I said it is what it is, still very good consider its from convenient store. I ordered the Cajun tenders and they were pretty good. One tender was a bit on the dry side but overall some darn good chicken. Kinda sketch location but it's a gas station so what do you expect.Definitely worth a try if you are nearby.
