PRE-ORDERS ARE NEVER HONORED WITH THIS CHAIN!!!! Ordered yesterday for pick up tonight and not even an hour before pick up, I get a call saying they're all out of all of the ones for my order. Then proceeded to say that they honor walk in orders over prepaid orders...wtf?! This was going to be a surprise for my child in the morning. WAY TO GO KRISPY KREME! So just fyi.... they're delivery option sucks and their order system is fricken horrible. They don't honor orders...at all! Ya just lost a long time customer. Never supporting this chain again. O'Henry's is better!

Nothing says healthy living like Krispy Kreme! Remember when they promised free donuts to everyone who showed proof of vaccination? Brilliant marketing move considering the vast majority of Covid deaths were among perfectly healthy people with zero comorbidities. Keep up the good work KK!
Love it when that hot and ready sign is on and they're coming freshly glazed off the line.This location is always clean, never too busy or crowded, employees are always friendly and attentive. Parking is trash but that's in the building design, not their fault.

Small but the only one around so you make do. They do have most if not all the varities. The lines can get very long during promotional events. Pickup available.
I pre ordered the scary sharie dozen with any dozen donut purchased but got disappointed when i received 2 dozens of just original glazed donut. This was suppose to be a treat to my family especially for my son. I don’t know if they double check the items especially those that are for delivery. I also called this store the moment i received my order but they are not answering. I called 9 times. So if i could give a star at all there it will be zero
If I could do half a star I would I had a promotion on my email stating that any dozen for $9.99 fine print only says 4 limit valid at participating location but my host Angelina refused to give me the promo accordingly because she stated that the fine print said that specialty donuts excluded she wanted to charge extra when the email clearly states any dozen. second an last time I go to this location both times same lady has been rude and refusing to me ...maybe she just doesn't like me
Hot doughnuts. Good drinks and nice coffee and the people here are awesome.
