They seem to have their act together here. Pretty clean, responsive staff, and food seems to be made to corporate spec. More attention to the bathrooms would be appreciated, but not terrible by any means. Will come back.
This place continues to disappoint me every time I go back, about 10 years ago when they first opened it was a real classy joint with managers who cared and food that was cooked to order now when I go back it seems like the people that work there don't care.My chicken was soft and chewy not even crispy chicken the mac and cheese had no flavor. I will never return to this place again
People who work here just dont care about customers. Chicken was uncooked. Also there was a young man moping the floors and customers had to keep moving while he was moping. Very unsafe to do while customers are shopping.
It seemed like the chicken could have been a little crispier and coated, which left me not enjoying it to the fullest as usual, and actually threw some of it away.. the Coleslaw was watery and...It's not like this location, what happened?!
Was traveling and was a great choice for tripPleasant stuff and service.
No seats inside or out. Staff could care less. Doesn't feel clean. Meaningless vibe there. Food, meh. At least A&W hasn't screwed up the Root Beer, yet.
I have a weak spot for fresh A&W rootbeer. It's so much better tasting from the restaurant's soda fountain. YUM!
Well..I went to KFC asked for a 3 piece chicken meal and a 2piece meal with 1 of the prices be a chicken breast in each meal..The girl who was in charge of making up the boxes was rude..She ended up giving us mash patatoes with NO GRAVY. the whole time giving me dirty looks..throwing the boxes on the counter and when putting in napkins she made sure she crumble them up..looking like they had been used by others to wipe their mouths..Surfice to say..Never going there again..I get better service at POPEYE'S
I have to say the best part was a Biscuit the rest of it wasn't good usually it is going to go back and ask for something else I had the chicken sandwich it was huge and the fries were too fried
Very disorganized location. We walked into the door marked Enter here. While others were coming in through the Exit here door without even so much of a head shake from the staff. Masks required sign was up, but not enforced for customers or workers. (Below the nose for the employee.) Spent the 1st 7 mins waiting in line while one employee explained to a customer why their order was wrong, they were overcharged, and why no one could grant her a refund, no manager on duty in the foreseeable future. The next customer, without a mask, was helped without incident. My turn, I asked for a 6pc tender meal. This turned into a fiasco because I asked for honey mustard sauce. I was informed that wasn't an option and only honey bbq was available on the tenders. I repeated I wanted tenders, but wings, so they shouldn't be sauced. Was told no, they are sauced now another employee stepped in to tell me the same thing, Jordan I think it was, and I again repeated I wanted a 6 pc tender meal. This time I searched the menu and finally pointed at it while standing under it to get the point across. Ohhh, ok was the reply. So, I reiterated, ok a 6pc tender meal comes with what side. The gal's reply, a meal...? I just rang up the tenders by themselves. The entire, now long, line behind me groaned... I once again stood under the sign and pointed out what I wanted and apparently it came with fries. Finally, got my order in. How does this place stay in business?
