This place has the worst customer service. The shift supervisor, Jersey, acted like she hates her job. It took us awhile to place our order because we couldn't decide on which combo we want (no other customer but us). We went to the counter and not a word to greet us. Her tone of voice seems like she is annoyed. When we got our order, I checked my order to make sure everything was in there while Jersey stood in front of me with her arms crossed and the older worker staring at me and then made a comment "oh your checking your order". You bet I am, I just spent $56.00 on this overpriced food. I don't want to come back and deal with bad attitude.

Wrong order.I ordered ahead via the app and showed up 2 minutes after my expected time. The order was not ready yet. The staff asked me which order and then sealed the bag. Normally I go inside and check the order to make sure that everything is correct, because things happen. So, with my sealed order I went to my car and just before I left Joe Pesci's drive through rant flashed in my head, so I unsealed the order and found that my order was wrong. I went back in the rain to get it corrected.Besides the wrong order, the store could be cleaner, better stocked, and staff could be a little friendlier (although to be fair all of these things were acceptable and I'm just unhappy about getting the wrong order).
Amazing new look. The customer services is awesome. Great deal, and you can find cheap meals. I like the bucket deals . The place is convenient. Overall, I would say this KFC is better than most other fast food restaurants. They always provide the best and fresh chickens.I will come again .

I'm hoping it is the microphone that was malfunctioning. I repeated my order with them at least 5 times. Still got the order wrong! Guy at the counter didn't even know there was a sandwich with nashville hot as an option for it, had to point it out for him. I'm just frustrated that I went through this ordeal and still ended up with a wrong order.

Great and fast customer service. Food was good and the best compared to few KFCs around the area. Will be back again.
