In store customers order counter was closed doors locked until further notice. I believe it's dued to recent up surge in violent crimes involving homicides that has recently occurred in close nearby by businesses fast food chain's. Prices of food have greatly increased. For example a large size Coleslaw will cost you almost $ 7.00 including tax.A 4 piece chicken box was $8.85 including tax, what I got was 2 thighs and 2 drum sticks. Not the usual breast wing thigh and drum. Service was in a uptight manner.
Watch out for this place. Customer service is terrible. The manager yelled at me for “not paying” and charged me yet again. I called to resolve the issue, he said he was going to call the atm company and that i would receive a call the day of or the day after. Never received a call. I checked my bank account yet again, and there was an additional charge on my card. So three transactions total from this location. All three the same amount.
I was a bit skeptical going to this place cause of the reviews about bad/rude service. But when I came it was all perfect. I even made a mistake of trying to order at the pick up window, but the girl there was super nice and polite. So 5* to that place and service
Lobby is not open, you have to go to the drive-thru but it went pretty fast
This is both a KFC/Taco Bell, I went through the drive though and they always seem to have a hard time hearing my order, so I would suggest you speak very loud and clear and make sure they repeat your order back to you. Also there prices are pretty high compared to other KFC/Taco Bell due to insurance purposes being that they are combined.
First off the lady was rude and she kept asking me if i wanted sauce i said yes she got my drinks wrong i didnt get what i wanted to drink she didnt give me my coleslaw no spoons and finally she didnt even give me any sauce that she kept asking me if i wanted ugh
Its KFC nothing special and expensive for fast food.
Yummy!!! Only problem was the young lady taking orders had no clue about her menu. Not able to answer anything about specials or ANYTHING AT ALL! But on the brighter side even despite a lil bit of a line and our order being a lil complicated the service was quick and got everything perfect.
Bad service always!!! I went drive thru messed up my whole order I asked for black beans for my tacos they were out of black beans after I already paid for my food than i had no choice to get fried beans…I called and put me on hold for 20 minutes finally spoke to the manager didn’t know how to handle customers at all … Always check your food drive-through.. not going back ever again ?
