Understaffed and often not enough items in stock but still friendly staff for the most part
Long lines not supper fast and didn't have any biscuts or chicken around 4 pm so we got some fries and one cokie in place pf six biscuits suck but nice people just poor management
Quality of service has been going down, it used to be good service, but now, they don't seem to like helping their customers, the food still taste good, prices are a little on the high side, but not overpriced.
Says they close at 10pm when in reality they mean at 9:30pm. Please update your store signs of you're not going to stay opened at the stated times.
I just went to the kfc on Story Rd and I was so upset because the cook didn't have his mask on. If we have to have mask on the cook should definitely have it on also. The cashier did have it on but someone needs to enforce the mask on the cook. He even told the cashier that he didn't care about putting more food since it got so busy fast. He obviously doesn't care about the job and customers.

I always order their Chicken Bowl, but only if I have a coupon ($5). It's definitely worth it. You get everything in one.
Nice branch with friendly staff. Lots of parking and inside seating. I ordered takeout and I was in and out within 2 minutes. Efficient and lovely staff.
Taking orders verbally from their customers (in person) seems to be a recurring issue for the staff. If you have any food allergies or health concerns, choose a different location.
