I was there Friday for a quite dinner as I work graveyard and wanted to give my grandkids a descent meal ??to my surprise the two large mashed potatoes were terrible no flavor the bowels had like 2 scoops in each bowl they should have just gave us one it was bad. Never will I go there again

Do not door dash your food from here! They will forgot items treat it like trash. Like serious how do you forget the most important part to a meal the fries lol. And this lemonade is pure garbage. I would give this place a 1/2 star if they had it. Service is trash management is trash I'm sorry but this place needs to go it has seen better days.
EViL Policy, Employees too, utterly inhuman!Customers Not Allow to Sit in establishment, Giving Food to Homeless Is NOT ALLOW!There was a homeless guy when I come to this place, begging for some food. So I brought him some chicken nuggets and a drink and also brought some drumstick and thigh combo for myself. Apparently paying customers aren't allow to sit inside This "Prestigious" establishment! So I sat outside on the curb enjoying my chicken and what do you know, a manager or employee came outside and berate me for "Feeding The Homeless" like I did something wrong or that the homeless person is some kind of a pigeon or something.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
Saw the manager Luis Rodriguez smoking a crack pipe in the back parking lot by a dumpster, super unprofessional. NEVER GO HERE
I placed an online order and when I arrived, they had no record of it. So I asked them to give me a minute, I stepped outside and ordered again. Then I went in to make sure they got it, and within literally 3 minutes, my order was ready!
HORRIBLE MANAGERS/MANAGENMENT little man at the register, so he is like 5'4 and is light brown tan skinned Mexican American like myself and he is real rude, speaking Spanish slurs to employees most of them women he got mad when I said what kind of specials are available " You see here or you order phone!" I stepped back and said I'm just trying to ask prices he continued to say I can't help you I don't make special prices go phone app or coupon I think you guys seriously should consider a new manager because this guy is head over heels with the job.Maybe he caught the downtown energy or shine I should say.
The manager Luis Rodríguez made it a very unpleasant experience. I proceeded to place my order for a family meal with half chicken and half tenders. He rudely responded that they don't do half and half. I had to choose either chicken OR tenders and pointed to the menu on the wall as of I were a child. The tone in his voice made me want to just walk out but I bit my tongue and placed a different order. He continued with an ugly tone in his voice that should not be allowed. Especially by a manager.He asked if I wanted condiments for which I stated I wouldn't need any. (There was a 2nd employee standing there and heard me say this)He handed me my food and I left. I drove about a half mile away and something told me i better check my order. He forgot to give me the biscuits so I had to drive back.He asked what was wrong and when I told him that the biscuits were missing he immediately got frustrated and looked at me as if it was impossible that he got the order wrong. He even looked at the menu board as if to try and prove me wrong. When he realized it was his error he grunted really loudly. Granted, at that point his loud grunt was at himself for getting it wrong but you don't do that in front of customers.He gave me an extra biscuit, but that was a feeble attempt to make up for such a horrible experience.To top things off, the employee that was standing there since the first time when I told them I didn't need condiments, proceeded to throw condiments in my bag. Horrible service!!!
Despite the rude manager I was a steady customer throughout the covid lockdown and beyond. I spent a lot of money here. Just recently they didn't have breasts for two days in a row. Are you kidding me? Slight oversight by mismanagement? And I do mean mismanagement. The rude little mismanager wasn't even there to witness this.
The only reason why I have left a star is so I can leave a review. I go in and order a small mash and a chicken leg and went to pay with a 20$ bill and with a attitude the manager who is a short Mexican girl says I can't take that I ask why they been open for a few hours and with a attitude don't you have a card. I used a card and then received my order. Now I get my order and it is wrong they gave me a chicken little instead of a lag. So when I bring it to here attention she has a attitude again and says that what I ordered and started talking mess. She is lucky I did not want no trouble because I could of caused problems. I am a local business owner in the area and I will never return and I will spread the d not to come to this location. In the end she needs to be fired and replaced.
