JT Express Hit the spot. We had been wanting to try for some time and finally did. They did not disappoint. We had their breakfast bowls and it was fantastic. You can’t go wrong with spam, rice, eggs, and tots. Everything was cooked perfect. The tots were nice and crunchy. Plenty of good comfort food. It was a great portion size as well. I’m so glad we found this. We will be back again!

Raspberry cheesecake is delicious.

The food was terrible! We went for lunch and ordered the chicken teriyaki bento box. The chicken we got was so old and dry. We got a refund and left. Save your time and go somewhere else.

We got the mochi ice cream, and it was tasty!

Shave ice is wonderful, although they are the only one in the area. Best choice is pink lemonade. Pomegranate flavor is least successful. Availability of Marianne's ice cream is also a huge plus especially if lemon or pom sorbet. Food is okay, usually get a katsu bentobox but it does take a while. Overall a great stop for a snack in Japantown.

Sushi burritos were super!Their chicken katsu was DELICIOUS

Katsu,etc. overcooked and dry

Small shop, but has a huge menu, including things like sushi, bento boxes, shaved ice and ice cream. The kahlua pork sliders were some of the best sliders I've ever had. So she was fresh and my husband really like the spam musubi as well. We will be back!

Very rude store worker. Will not be returning ?

Thank god that JT Express exists! Kids were wanting some Kona Ice but the trucks are super crowded when it's at their school. I figured I can bring them down to Japantown to the crepe shop to get some shaved ice, but unfortunately it doesn't seem like they survived the pandemic. A quick search found that JT, down the block, has shaved ice. I talked to the guy working there (sorry, I didn't get his name but he was super helpful) and he mentioned that they had actually got some of the crepe shop's machines. Best of all, they were half the price of Kona Ice with about double the amount. Hope they stick around as they are definitely worth a visit and a return.
