Fast services. Great food.Sadly that they don't pick up their phone, was going to call in advance to make an order. Went in to ask for the bathroom code, manager gave the code. One of the employees came out from the bathroom, done mopping. He told me the bathroom is closed, time 7:10pm. He came to the front smirking to his colleagues.

Got me the wrong orders. I ordered 2 orders of burger steaks and 2 pieces of spicy chicken with rice and what i got is one ordered of burger steak and for the 2 pieces of spicychicken i got it with mash potatoes with gravy i did not ask for that i asked for it with rice. The cashier was Raj. She also had trouble taking my order, what should’ve been 2 mins took like 5 mins. She shouldn’t be taking any orders.

Consistently runs out of spicy chicken joy. Came in twice with only original available. They don’t seem to care about customers who like a bit more flavor.

JOLLIBEE GOT THE BEST FRIED CHICKEN! And at very good price!Fast service.I alway order the 10 pieces bucket with 3 sides. This time they missed one side and gladly provide after I ask.I've always dine at the Milpitas great mall branch. But currently closed for renovation. So visited this branch for the first time.Overall experience was pleasant. They clean and disinfect each table after each customer.

Let me preface this by saying I don’t normally write reviews but I had to and hopefully you’ll understand after hearing me out. So I came in very determined to get the spicy chicken bc I’m a big fan of their spicy flavor, but the cashier forgot to ask me what flavor chicken I wanted and I was too distracted by the menu to ask. Anyways, I placed my order and my order was ready for takeout, so I walked out to the car with it. Then my gut told me to check what flavor the chicken was and of course...it was original. Which is still good. But doesn’t hit the spot when I really wanted spicy. Anyways, I didn’t wanna be too demanding considering they were poppin’ for 2pm, so I asked if they could simply give me a little container of their spicy seasoning and I’d season the original chicken myself. But they switched it out for me completely and I am forever grateful. Thanks, Jollibee!

The chicken was great. I got and tried both the regular and spicy joy chicken, plus a spicy chicken sandwich. Personally liked the spicy chicken more than the regular. Only bad thing was the fries weren’t fresh; they were already cold when I got them which should never happen. Literally every other fast food place cooks and puts the fries in the bag last.

This is a copy of the email that I sent to Jolibee's customer service:Today at approximately 3:00 pm I was in line to make a purchase at your 2008 Tully Rd. San Jose, CA location when an elderly, obviously disabled, customer was refused use of the restaurant's restroom by a manager named Alona. The gentleman was obviously in great distress and I attempted to explain to Alona that both California, Santa Clara County, and the City of San Jose all require restaurants built after 2004 to provide public restrooms for their patrons. The manager then told me that it wasn't my business, she didn't care and that the "bathroom is broken, not even for the employees." No restroom facilities for the employees? Either she was lying or that restaurant is breaking multiple OSHA and both California, County and city sanitation policies and codes for the restaurant and food industry.Your employee's behavior was deplorable and cannot be excused or overlooked.(Read the owners reply to my review. It is obvious that it's a bot reply as it doesn't even address my review. This company doesn't care about their customers)

The best "fast food" spicy fried chicken in the world comes from Jollibee! Excellent customer service and perfectly cooked fried chicken everytime! My only wish is that they served Tocino for dinner as well!

Very safe and nice place to dine in. But Chickenjoy supply runs out fast before the 8:00 pm closing time.

I was craving something to eat as a late lunch when I remembered that I’ve never tried anything from Jollibee before! I hopped online and found out that you could actually order delivery without a delivery charge, so that’s exactly what I did. I got the 2-piece Chickenjoy with 1 side of steamed rice, and a peach mango pie.The chicken was delicious. To be honest, I was ready for it to be a little bit soggy because of the delivery drive from the location on Tully to my house in South San Jose. I was pleasantly surprised when the chicken turned out to still be crispy, tasted well-seasoned, and juicy! The gravy sauce that came with the chicken was good too. My favorite would be the peach mango pie. It was crispy and perfectly sweet! Next time, I’m trying their spaghetti.Overall, this is a solid spot if you’re craving something filling & delicious that won’t turn your wallet inside out. The current lack of a delivery fee is great too!
