We had Joe cater an event for us and it was fantastic. Everyone loved the tacos and the nachos were a huge hit with the kids. Joe was on time and provided great service. The food was fresh and all tacos were made to order. We were very impressed by the quality of the food and service. We will definitely use him again and recommend him for a great catered meal.
Anyone know if they are still parking off Blossom Hill near the trail entrance on Coyote Road? It's been a while since I've seen it there and want to try it out!
Love their tacos . My usual order is lengua, buche , chicharon, or the Anadarko, there's another one that I forgot lol. One of the few trucks in this side of town..maybe the only one :)..one of the things that I like here too is their salsa for their chips which is gratis but I didn't get it last time I ordered :( Highly recommended!

I visited Joe's taco truck at a city event in Milpitas. This is one of the best tacos I ever had. Being a vegetarian, I was surprised to see nice variety. The paneer Verde taco was the best one. I am definitely going to hire them for our next event.
Fantastic burrito. This is one of those food trucks that really gives you a good experience. They don’t compromise on quality to try to deliver quick slop to the masses like some of the trucks around here. The chips and black bean salsa are on point too.
Bought carne asada burritos and they were so good. We’ll definitely come back and try other foods on the menu.
I ordered tacos de lengua,carnitas,asada, pollo & pupusas & horchata. Everything was great. Especially the lengua & pupusas. The prices are also affordable. It’s also convenient being located on Coyote Rd. The horchata was good too.
First time trying Joe’s taco shop and it was absolutely amazing!!
