We've been wanting to try this place for a little while and boy it didn't disappoint. Everything was good quality and cooked very well. The jinya bun was great and melts in your mouth. The ramens we tried were all great and my 2 year old loved her ramen. Great place for meat eaters or vegetarians alike.
First time impression: good.The shop is big enough with the semi-outdoor seatings. Fast seating, friendly stuffs, a menu with good selections.Ordered cauliflowers and tonkotsu black ramen.The noodle could use a little more texture and thickness. The broth isn’t bad, not too salty, oily and rich. I’d say it is a medium broth that should bring up the characteristic a little more base on my personal taste.Portion is a little small for me.Will come back and try some other things.
I love this place tbh. Went there multiple times. If you are someone like me who doesn’t have beef or pork, you will find vegan and chicken ramen options here. I love their spicy chicken ramen and impossible bun. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Remember to write down your name in the waiting list while you arrive there. Usually service is pretty fast here.
Service and decor is great and very ramen shop like. Easy ordering and quick serve. The main issue is with the noodles. They are soggy, either overcooked or not properly rinsed in cold water. If the noodles in ramen fails, it's a big fail. The broth is average for the spicy and black tonkotsu.
It deserves five stars. We had Impossible Vegan Noodle Bowl with Soup. It is very tasty and filling. The Soup is very tasty and invigorating when hot. The staff is very courteous and efficient.
First time eating @ Jinya and we were pleasantly surprised. The thick almost stew-like broth was flavorful and rich.We chose pork and chicken, which was very tender. The noodles were cooked perfectly, the way we like it. We'll definitely be back! Arigatou Gozaimasu.
Soup is thick and tasty. Pork and noodle are good (above average) though not too surprising. But I would hope for a bit more ingredients, like bamboo shoots, in the bowl.
Tried the spicy creamy vegan ramen. Good stuff. But I liked it better in the Chandler branch than here. Something was off
This place has very tasty ramen with big selections of yummy appetizers. Love it!
I tried both: tonkotsu original and tonkotsu black. I like the original more than the black. Good ramen.
