Brought in my own cup(not Jamba's tumbler) and the cashier gave me the discount for having a Jamba cup and then realized that it wasn't one a few moments later to then berate me for being dishonest about my cup. I didn't even say anything about my cup I just brought it in to get a smoothie. I'm not the one being paid to notice these things. The electric lemonade is pretty good though

One of the worst Jamba Juice as you can go to They’re constantly out of everything customer service is horrible if you order ginger shot a pull it from underneath some fridge words all settled in old he could tell they either made it the morning or the night before but advertise freshly squeezed this so called general manager is always on her phone

The staff here are so friendly. My son has a dairy allergy and they are always so careful when making his drink.

They always know what I want when I walk in, and make me feel welcomed. They make my smoothie so yummy, every time, and try to get me out the door fast! Most employees here have a great attitude. Except, there is a new blonde employee, who where's black and white eye lashes, that has a nasty attitude every day. If I get anything that is out of pineapple, which is the only drink I get, order a large, or use my reusable cups, she has an attitude in her voice, or doesn't give me my cup discount. I know what substitute I like, and when I tell her my substitute, there's even more attitude from her because she has to make my drink that I paid for with my hard earned money. I don't care how bad your day is; I work 16 hour work days, so your 4-8 hour work day does not make me feel bad. If you hate your job/life so much, that you feel the need to take it out on customers, then you should quit. I'm not going to stop coming by this location because one new employee wants to be rude to me. Especially, since there is not many Jamba Juice locations near where I work, and I get my smoothie before my work day starts.

I had a terrible experience at this location. Team member Cat is argumentative and has no customer service skills even though she claims shes worked for Jamba Juice for over 10 years. Dris the general manager was also rude and told me to leave or she would call the police and I told her she could call the police but I'm not leaving until she gives me the smoothies I paid for. This situation went left because I pointed out their false advertising. The Medium cups are supposed to be 22oz but they are serving medium smoothies in generic 21oz looking Costco cups because of a "shortage". Jamba has raised their prices and shortened the ounces of their smoothies and thought their customers are so dumb they wouldn't noticed. This whole experience has caused me emotional distress because I just went in to buy smoothies. And left the store feeling attacked.

I rated this place 4 stars not because I consider the product to be so outstanding, but because it delivers on one thing franchise is purported to offer. On a personal level I wouldn't purchase your too often because I find , but if the product is to your liking then this establishment is as good as any of the other franchise locations.

I had the kale shopper but replaced the banana with strawberries. It was delicious! Everything there looked really fresh+ good! Definitely recommend it!

Quick, friendly service and a yummy drink! At the time of my visit, there was a deal going on where you get a free drink when you buy a tumbler and 10% off every time you bring it in for future drinks.
