This the 2nd time in the morning I’ve gone to get the delish orange smoothie (the best) and this is the2nd time besides the front chick absolutely not wanting to be there not 1 smile the whole time and said that there’s no oatmeal because they didn’t make it…………so why still have on the board and why not offer to tell me how long it takes to make it. Drinks and bowls are great but the service should be better. I will keep asking for oatmeal and see how many times they don’t prepare it.
I have been to this Jamba Juice several times in the past few years, and use to get great service. in the past couple of weeks however, I have tried to get a smoothie here on 3 separate days, and each time they have been closed "due to staffing shortages". It didn't matter if I went there at 3 pm or 7 pm. It was always closed, and there were always both employees in there, and other customers. Yet the door was locked to any new customers. The last time I went, I could see at least four employees cleaning up in there, but the sign out the door again read that it was closed due to "Staffing shortages". How many employees do you need to run the store? I ended up going to the Jamba Juice on Blossom Hill and Los Gatos Blvd, and even though there were only two employees there, the store was open.
Work hours changed, but not updated neither on Google maps nor official Web site or jamba app. Anytime I want to make an order here within published hours either order is not working in the app or restaurant closed itself when expected to be open.I will update my review once this will be fixed and I'll be able to make an order. Never had such issues with any other jamba locations.
Went in there at 7:45pm to get a carrot and orange juice they would not make it because according to theme it was to late but they close at 9pm wouldn’t recommend this Jamba Juice
Staff is super friendly and helpful when asking for recommendations;I got the razzmatazz and it was very very good.

Not a great Jamba. The staff kept messing with the blenders, it seemed like they might have been broken or something. I waited half an hour, apparently they lost my order. Waited another 10, apparently they lost my order *AGAIN*. Just took my refund and left.
We stopped at this Jamba Juice location today to get a couple of smoothies.The store is clean and the service is top-notch. The four young women working there were friendly, happy and welcoming. They were great with each customer and it was a pleasure to be in such a positive environment. We will definitely be back.
