The products served at Jamba Juice are all standardized, so no complaint about the quality and taste. The employees are helpful, efficient and polite. Parking is ample and the lot seems safe. I dropped one star only because the shop was not clean. The floor was a bit dirty and table surfaces not clean. Otherwise, it's a good place for tasty drinks and some snacks.

Looked online, open until 9pm, showed up, door says open until 9pm. Nobody inside, nobody answering the phone. Pretty lame, I live in SC mountains, made the 30 minute trek here because I felt like a jj. Poor management.
This location the last 2 months has gone down the drain. Slow service, temporarily closes inside ordering numerous occasions, short staff, untrained employees. It has turned into a joke here. I will take my business to another location where they do not have these issues.
Horrible customer service. I waited in line for 10 mins and was second in line. The lady at the register just left and went to the back and disappeared for a couple minutes and then no one said anything because we get they were short staffed but then the guy making the drinks said it would be a 15 min wait. Whoever owns this franchise does not know how to manage.
THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! The workers aren't taking any orders from the customers that have walked in, they're only fulfilling online orders. 4 customers walked out! The line has been stand still for 20+minutes. The manager continues to apologize to every person for the wait, and only upon being asked twice about ppl standing in line, is when they took the order of the first 2 customers then went back to ignoring everyone in line AGAIN! My total time in this place was 27 minutes
They have fake hours on Google. They’re never open. May as well tear it down and put in a smoothie shop that’s actually open for breakfast and smoothies when people actually want them.
Great place! They definitely need more help, very low staff. However, the workers still had a smile on their faces regardless! Loved the Plant based Pumpkin Smash!! Sad it's only for a limited time.
I'll give this location a 1 star rating, but simultaneously a 1/10 rating. I've been here before - this isn't my preferred location but it usually does the job. I ordered 2 drinks today at 1:20pm. I got one of my drinks after 40 minutes - but it was the wrong drink. Another 15 minutes later I get my drink (almost) as I ordered, only to have to wait another 5-10 minutes for my other drink, that somehow took much longer to make. None of the crew were communicating, the drinks were obviously backing up, and other customers were getting incorrect items, too. During my 55 minute stay at this particular Jamba, I watched probably 12-15 people walk in, order, get their drinks, and leave, before I got even one part of my order. I will be doing my absolute best to avoid this location moving forward.
