I give this place 5 stars because of Kayla! She's such a sweetheart and does a great job here. I do have to mention though, that there is another young lady here who is always wearing boots and has curly hair. She is unfriendly, does not address customers when they speak to her, does not respond to "thank you" and always shorts you on your smoothie. BOOO!! to that one girl

Asked one of the ladies if I could wait for my order outside. She said sure, they would call my name. After about 15 mins I went back to check where my order is (the store was empty when I ordered). So someone just pulls my order from the fridge saying that they called my name. Meanwhile no one ever went out of the door to call for me - I was sitting right by the entrance.Best part is not even that. The lady started discussing me with other employees even before I left. How rude is that? Isn’t it customer service 101 not to discuss guests at least in their presence? Wow. I am happy there are bunch of other similar places in the area.
