I ordered right now from door dash and I have a food allergy and this store does not allow comments to be entered to tell you this information because you have chosen to disable this option for your customers. It tells me to call you instead and I have been calling non stop for the last ten minutes and no one answers your phone!! Thanks a lot Jamba, now I will will need toss my order out and you close in a few minutes so I cannot reorder. Answer your phone!!!
Today I went to a different location thinking all Jamba juices were the same. That is not true. I will continue going to the Coleman location and not the Bascom location. Bascom location the drink tasted like ROTTEN FRUIT.

Really Bad. SMH ! I walked in to order a carrot juice employee said their not serving juices because their machine is cleaned already. Like really you close in 1 hr 30 more mins you had enough time to serve the juice . Bad service

Great service, very friendly staff, consistently delicious, and almost never any wait time when ordering ahead with the app. This is my go-to breakfast seven days a week. Love it!
