The food is good, but the big young girl work on grave shift on May 2 2022 was very rude ro customer, didn’t say thank you or anything when we finish order, giving out attitude when hand over foodI am a long time customer of this location, we was nice and not rude or anything, this have happened multiple times, to many customers that i speak with. We will be no longer eat here if we keep getting treated like thisThe young big girl worked on grave shift 5/2/22 (around 12am to 4am) should not be working there anymore or at least be discipline.
The people that work here are so lazy and rude and if you come late they will tell you they’re not open when the restaurant is 24 hours. I hope this location gets shut down. For years it had been the poorest customer service I have received. Whoever owns this branch should be ashamed and I hope they like their workers stealing time on the clock. Every time I come an employee is going to his or her car or pretending the store is close.

First Jack In The Box I ever went to that charged for buttermilk sauce. ?♂️. I asked for 2 buttermilk sauces and she said sure $.33. You got to be kidding me right?

Good quick and ready on the weekends it can be more packed but that's normal due to everybody being off
I ordered Munchie Meal from I told him I didn't want the soda they charge me everything separate I told them I wanted the same price as a Munchie Meal they told me if I want that price but I have to take the soda
The lady at the drive thru on the night of Thanksgiving eve showed amazing customer service and made an extra effort to make me happy despite it being very late and the line stretching into the street. I have been to this Jack in the Box many times and have always been satisfied with the quality of food and speed of service, but I do feel that this employee deserves special recognition.
Line is always out to the street and it takes almost an hour to get your order and not to mention the ultimate cheese burger Patties aren't very fresh edges are pretty dry and fries this last time weren't fresh and I got alot of like crunchy crumbs like it was the very bottom of the heating bin. They should have made me fresh ones but I obviously wasn't going to get back in that hour long line, and lobby was already closed so ya.
