This Jack in the Box is awful. They always mess up my order. They always forget half of the order. Whenever I go back around to get the rest they never give me the rest of my food. Tonight they yet again forgot over half of my order. I will never go to this Jack in the box again.
Drive through today. Food is consistent, nothing too great, but also, nothing really bad.
Old food pay with cash. Still they don't care. Now if it's there meal for break trust me they would have their food Cook fresh.
Lost our gift card told the manager and they fix the problem right away no questions ask. Super high integrity now I need to fix my review on yelp.
They try to make sure you get your food asap.. decent customer service
I just recently obtained an EBT card and have been using it on the restaurant meals program (SNAP) i’ve been to four different jack in the boxes in the area because they participate in the program. Come to find out this location I guess doesn’t? Super lame. And I’m going to complain to corporate and others about it. I guess it’s my fault for not asking ahead of time or maybe it’s not. It could just be absolutely ridiculous that at every other Jack-in-the-Box you can use it but not this one. Ruined my night. Thanks. I can’t believe they charge three dollars for a soda and three dollars for a small fry. I’m going to tell my 25,000 followers to not go to Jack-in-the-Box

New to this area , came to this jack in box ,4 times now, food has being warm , nicely wrapped , great quality, 5 ?????
Customer service is alright at times, food was cold, tacos tasted like they were for an order two hours ago,and never received full order, I was in drive thru.
All the food (3 burgers, 1 breakfast sandwich and 4 tacos) were cooked to my request of well done.The 2 french fries were served cold and old tasting, they cooked fresh fries. Which sadly seems to happen almost everytime I visit.The 2 drinks came with very little ice, there was 3 pieces in each.
