Tacos and fries fast lunch . Wish they'd put tomatoes back in in their tacos
I love jack in the box BUT THIS location just wow. They’re never busy but some how ALWAYS forget something the fries are cold as ice almost like it is ridiculous. I went yesterday bought one of the new dip and crunch well I was told to wait and when o received my order went home and I live around the corner let me be clear. The fries where cold. The dip n crunch was missing the dipping sauce and whatever I’m supposed to dip in. I ask for ranch because I ordered 40$ worth of food and 2 ranch’s is not enough well they even charge you for that just avoid this location all together go to the one on King and story or at willow glen like I said I live around the corner from this place where the Chuck E. Cheese is at and I will never come back. Worst service to be the only car in line and still get cold fries and missing items.

I usually come here super late at night or in the morning because jitb has a better bang for your buck than the mcdonalds down tully. Food was always good. Gets kind of busy though at midnight and theres always a beggar outside.Just tonight i made an order that went through even though it was closed when i dropped by and couldnt get a refund online... So i thought id never come back here. I decided to make a quick call and the lady working said i can still come back and pick it up but she ended up making a fresh one for me which i very much appreciate. PS i thought it was mlk day so figures why the drivethru was closed
Tried to get food and can't because I don't have a car. Good to know you won't feed the truck drivers that bring the food.

Location is kind of difficult to discern but the food is always the same. Being vegetarian the options in the menu are quite limited, but I'd drive here for a serving of stuffed jalapenos and vanilla milkshake. The service is good considering the staff shortages restaurants and other service businesses are experiencing. I'd go there again when I crave their food.

Leizl helped me after the lobby was closed, and she didn't have to. These folks work hard and they looked tired tonight. I wish I could do more than write this review. I've been coming here for 20 years (since I was a little boy) and my experience is always fantastic. It's my go to fast food. Best Jack in the Box in the city hands down!
Was here about 11pm on a Thursday, very very very long line. Took about 25+min to get food. The workers were very kind and apologetic. Food was hot, fresh and delicious (as fresh & delicious as fast food can be! Haha)
