good attention and very fast they serve you that's why it's always full I recommend it
Stopped at Jack's on a road trip to the beach and needed food for 4 adult and 3 children and Jack in the box did the trick.
i've been coming here the last six months cause i have deliveries in the area late nights so before i head home , I would stop through the drive through which is pretty crowed . I would order a bunch of Tacos ,a couple of combo meals and egg rolls , once i received the order i would check it and everytime my food is cold i mean the tacos were like old it's be sitting under a heating lamp for hours the fries really cold also the egg rolls soggy. I was upset i told them wait this food is cold it's not fresh , he took the food back and was going to give me a new order of my food within 2 minutes he hands me the food and it wasn';t a new order it was the same order reheated . I ask to speak to a manager or supervisor i was told the manager was unavailable so i left. This happened to me every time i went to this Jack and the box ,It started in september thur Jan. cause i stopped going at the end of Jan of 2022 .Last night i decided to give it another chance [3/3/22] I ordered 2 sourdough burger combos and 4 tacos I'm so done the burgers were fine the rest was cold and stall my 2 large sodas had no ice and it was flat, I will be contacting corporate today i feel this site is going to cause someone to get really sick or cause someone's death. i' am really disappointed cause i've been eating at Jack in the box since i was a little girl i loved the food now i will never trust it again!

A bit too crowded if you are trying to use the drive through. I've visited this place tens of times. They did miss an item or two couple of time but, no big deal overall. The longest wait I've had is on a Saturday night that took 57 minutes - that's a lot for the drive through but then, it was worth the wait since it was one of the few places that was open past midnight.

Typical Jack, it's all take out though. With the Covid-19 situation, they're not letting customers sit down and eat inside. Friendly staff, they're really good people.
5 stars for nice staff. Even just bought 1 pc springroll
