First off, we ordered through the app, not sure if that's why our order was messed up. We ordered a breakfast jack and the egg was runny, some people are ok with that, but not us! It risky grossed us out! Also, we did not get our curly fries, second time this happened to us at this location. I submitted a complaint via their website and only way to get any reimbursement is to go in. I will not go back to this location again.
Okay here's what I really like about Jack in the box1) they are always serving breakfast and their breakfast is pretty good. Nice variety of things to pick from. good hash browns good coffee2) they're open late if not 24 hours and that is appreciated. Food is not overpriced and if you got the app it's even better.3) there's always new items and special so it's never really boring.All that being said there are two items from the past I wish they would bring back the first one is the nachos from back in the late '80s early 90s. Oh my God were they delicious! The 2nd item was the sliders that they had just about 5 years 6 years ago I think.
Absolute terrible customer service. I went through drive through and ordered. When I finished ordering the guy said you need to wait all the way up. It's a longer drive thru so when I drive up I figured okay I'll wait at the window. He opens the window says you need to wait behind and i pointed to the guy being me and said behind them? And he said yeah pull around and wait. Again I said pull around and wait behind him and he said yeah I need to cook? I said forget it and the guy said okay. I felt like my order was super inconvenient for him and like I was bothering him by ordering. What's the point of ordering? Of course you need to cook that's the point of ordering food. Do not recommend. No stars would be preferred. The guy working made me feel terrible for going there.
Love how they are open for service 24/7 that's super convenient for people that have a hard time sleeping at night and nothing else is open. I love some of the employees they are extra nice and genuinely friendly so that's always a plus however, I have a lot more bad things to talk about then good for sure. I'll keep it short but have to say that the night crew are very unprofessional workers listening to Mexican music super loud throughout the night and sometimes don't pay attention to people waiting in the drive thru to be helped I also think the night crew are very, very lazy and have way too much fun together not really working all night and not to mention how rude they get and how awful they treat you if you dare ask them to do there job and actually go to work for a legitimate reason, I can't believe how this night crew is is totally unacceptable if you ask me and I would like it if Mayne just once they can get my order right... that would be great!!

Often order the Southwest salad, sometime you get 3 pieces of chicken, other times you get 2... don't know why...
Only been to this location once, but it was noticably better then most.
Shout out to Gustavo, man deserves to be recognized.I arrived on a Sunday night, tonight in fact. The drive thru was a tad bit busy. Unbeknownst to me it was cause seemingly it was only Gustavo working the window and grill at least that’s what it seemed to me. With how busy it was he needs to be recognized because throughout the whole time I was there and once I arrived to the window not only was he calm, he was genuinely nice.He needs a raise, opportunity to grow or at minimum some sort of recognition. We’re all too quick to hate and write negative reviews because we experience prolonged wait times, but in these times sometimes we need to be in other peoples’ shoes. I’ll be honest with a night of how the Jack In The Box drive thru seemed, I wouldn’t have been able to do the job. It seemed nonstop.So Gustavo I applaud you brother!
Always pleasant fast food. Haven't been to this once in awhile but still good. Recommend.
I ordered breakfast sandwich, a chicken homestyle sandwich, onion rings, 2 crunchy tacos, 2 orders of donut holes and a medium Dr pepper. To my surprise, I was missing my tacos and donut holes!
