We went to this Jack in the Box and bought and bought a chicken club meal and they gave us yesterday's old a old chicken. It was the most nastiest chicken ever and the service was lousy We felt like they did not want to help us. The employees there did not even seem very friendly They all acted like they had a chip on their shoulders Including the supervisor There was a lady customer there waiting for her food before us and she looked like she was about to throw a chair at the employees And we got our food before her. I think they should shut down this Jack in the BoxBecause the management and owner don't care how they treat their customers and how the food is served. ????????
Ordered a buttery jack and did not receive a buttery jack. The bun was normal and it looked like a Jr. Jack.
Sometimes the food is nice and fresh then sometimes its not and can tell its been sitting there for awhile. I wish their food was always fresh so I could know that im getting what I paid for. Especially at these expensive places.

The staff at the drive thru was very thorough. I don't eat meat and the cook put chicken in my bowl but the guy at the drive thru caught it so I didn't have to leave with the wrong order on my lunch. Thanks!
I usually don't go this place. This is my first visit. Food was ok ok. Service was very bad. Not at all friendly.. I may try one more time in different place.. not this place anymore. They have something on board.. ordered the same, but got something else. If you don't have any item, please take it out from your board.
It's like any other Jack in the Box but there is a lot of homeless people coming and going in this area. Might be due to the nearby hotel transformed for housing.

On Friday, October 15, 2021, we walked into the Jack in the box because the outside line had 5 cars. Walked in, 1 guy was waiting by the counter.My sister and I waited and waited! Got NO acknowledgement/ greeting from the 2 workers. It felt like we were invisible at 7:50 am. I asked the guy customer if he had been helped and he said... that he had been waiting a long time because the lady cashier said they were too busy with the drive thru. Only 2 workers in the morning.. staffing problem? My sister and I waited several more minutes and left. Atleast 15 minutes of wasted time!Bad service! No bathroom available to use either!
It's a Jack in the Box. Fast service amd an accurate order, it's all I can ask for.
