Just very disappointed to learn that the entire Lobby is now closed completely so if you don't have a car or your car just broke down and you want a milkshake or whatever you're pretty much out of luck only the drive-thru open
Great food and service . Love the tacos ?
I went inside to pick up my order and I forgot my mask in the car the manager was rude and said I couldn’t pick up the order maskless so I accepted the request walked back to my car grab the mask and re-entered the restaurant.By the time I reached the order to go Christian the assistant manager for no reason completely freaked out, yelled at me, physically threatening me if I grab the to go order. I was completely blown away and then asked the reason why he was acting that way he said he wasn’t going serve me. That got me really upset and nervous. I tried to reason things out with him but He was decided to not give me the order. He called the police on me I called the police on him and the police reached out to me and said that if we had an agreement where I leave the store they would give me the order and the that would be the end of the story. At this point I was so fed up with the situation that I hesitantly accepted and left. I respectfully waited for about 15 min outside in the cold but my order it was never delivered. I just wanted to let the owners know that I’m already calling my lawyer and if you guys don’t fire that piece of trash called Christian I’ll go to court and demand the surveillance camera to show who’s in the wrong here and be compensated for the humiliating, upsetting, and stressful situation I was put in trying to be a decent person.
Hit & miss at this location.They always seem to for get an item. Also got a little surprise in my burger too… a whole end of onion with the root still on it ?
Bacon Ultimate cheeseburger is excellent
Tough timing had some covid based shortages of supplies. Menu was limited. Also super bust but can't hate on em for that.
The price was right for the 2 breakfast sandwiches I ordered for $5 but we waited in line in the drive thru for more than 20 minutes to get our order.
Food is always fire... Great for munchies
The panko crusted onion rings and teriyaki chicken bowl are my favorite. Good enough to satisfy the stir fry teriyaki cravings in lieu of a visit to the local sushi bar on a drive-by thru Jack! Try it! You'll like it ...and Mikey does too!
I dont really go online to give a bad review but man. This jack in the box needs to work on they're tacos, they dont come out as good as other jack's. They forget to add the cheese even though they ask me if i want cheese, it just happend right now. Somone needs to supervise the tacos more often, they are the only ones that sticl a hand out the window to tell cars to wait which is pointless because it causes cars behind to think they are stalling and get honked at. Only reason why i have to come here is because its the closest one to my house. Please tacos are life... that is all.
