Good sandwiches! Customer service could be better, but I got my sandwich in a reasonable amount of time. As good as any other imo, which is pretty good!
Had a lot of interesting, fun sandwich options. I was needing something more basic, which there were only a couple options. Sourdough was really good. Fun place. Parking was hard. If you dine in you’re going to leave with the Ike’s logo burned into your eyes lmao
Ikes, do yourself a favor and fire every single one of those girls you have working for you at that shop. The attitude on those children is disgusting. I am appalled that the 2 of the girls had the audacity to come in a pack to tell me “we actually made your sandwich perfectly right, it’s not our fault YOU changed your sandwich after the fact”When in fact, the sandwich was wrong. Those girls should be ashamed and Ike’s, you should be embarrassed.Don’t look like I’m the only one with this customer experience nightmare at your location.
My friend introduced me to this place and it is amazing. I had a custom made sandwich and had a mozzarella stick inside it. A mozzarella stick!! Overall very well made and good service. Wish I had taken a photo but definitely one of the better looking and tasting sandwiches I’ve eaten in the Bay!
Ménage a Trois on their menu is the best sandwich in the world. But it depends on if the staff is having a good day or not because they can make a mess of the best sandwich if they aren’t in a good mood. Moreover don’t try to Call to place an order because they won’t pick up ever. Trust me I eat here 3 times a week in the hope they are in a good mood. Lol but during lunch they are too busy to pick up calls and in the evening they are too light staffed to pick up phone calls. If they stuck to the recipe and made the ménage a Trois with consistency that sandwich alone would put other sandwich shops out of business. Apparently today there are four people working this evening but as always they never picked up the phone. The guy who looked liked the manager has an open sparkly drink right next to food prep , sweaty footballler walks in , in his shorts and the remaining two kept slogging. Moral of the story, for success go in an order and hope they will make a good sandwich the day you go in. My sandwich today was dry. I will still continue eating here. Hope they don’t spit in my food next time after seeing this review !! Lol
Thus place serves varieties of sandwich and is kinda local Subway! It tastes great and has proper vegan/vegetarian menu as well.
Great $12ish sandwiches and service. They also offer six large dutch crunch rolls for $5, but they're too sweet for me.
Yum! Got green later with mushrooms on French bread. Stomach was full, satisfied and ready to come back again :)
Great food as usual and consistent among all locations. Staff is super friendly as well. New craft beverages made by IKE tasted phenomenal!!
