Halal meat. Great service. Generous portions. strong coffee. Clean and friendly environment. Highly recommend to San Jose foodies and anybody who’s close by during breakfast time.

This place is on point! The coffee options are amazing and everything I’ve ordered is delicious. We’ve been going to iJava for years now. Definitely recommend eating there if that’s a choice because it just comes out even more on point. The food and coffee are upscale but not stuffy. Such a hidden gem.

Alrighty honest review time, so we came here after hearing about this halal (Zabihah)breakfast location. As soon as enter we were greeted and it was not that busy and we were seated promptly outside. The menu was quite extensive and had a varietyOf options, we placed our orders and within about 15min or so the food came which was quite surprising. I would recommend that next time have the coffee come first and then the food after. We got the omelette , scrambled chorizo eggs, and the croissant sandwich with pour over coffee and Mexican mocha and pomogranite juice. The pour over coffee was really good we got medium brew and the cups were large. The pomogranite juice was quite crisp, it tastes like that POM brand of juice that you find at Safeway or Costco but chilled. The omelette was quite fluffy and very large (the inside was a little bit uncooked or not sure if supposed to be a bit soft and mushy). My friends croissant sandwich was good he said, his Mexican mocha had an aftertaste that was cinnamon like and a bit strong. The scrambled eggs were good and no complaints.I would recommend though to lower the music inside (or remove) so that people can have their conversations as well.Overall a good place to support since it has a halal breakfast options. It’s like the halal version of home country inn restaurant. Will def come back

Truly wonderful experience for a 4th of July breakfast. I had the Chorizo omelette, my wife had the avacado toast and side of beef bacon. All excellent and delicious!

This was a pretty damn good French Toast. Baguette, soaked in Vanilla and fried real nice. Would recommend!

Hidden gem for Brunch in Bay. We love weekend brunches and are always looking for good American brunch places. We recently discovered this place and are blown away by how spacious and upscale it looks. They have good indoor and outside space, service and food was amazing too. It’s definitely in my “brunch must go” places now.

Service was friendly, food was super good. Our waiter was so nice and honestly so funny. Coffee wasn’t bad either. We ordered a breakfast skillet & a fully loaded burrito. The burrito was unlike any burrito I’ve ever tasted, it was very tasty. The only reason I’m giving less than 5 stars is because the burrito came cold. I assume it was because it was cooked before the skillet and so it sat there cooling down for a bit. Very minimal complaints though, I would go again.

Came here thinking it was still Original Pancake House, which we liked. New ownership, new name, new menu. A little more expensive but on par with the quality of the food. Miss old interior decor.

Had brunch here today. I had the French Toast, which was just fabulous! I also liked their Tiger Chai, though it could have been hotter. The person who seated us was the manager. He is a very enthusiastic salesman, explaining the items I was interested in and recommending. Unfortunately, the service was slow, especially for the chai after the meal. I'm going again to try their hummus platter.

The staff us super friendly and helpful. They are very passionate about what they are trying to do here. I got a cappuccino and it was pretty good. I would caution against ordering the chicken and waffles. While not terrible the chicken was a bit over cooked and bland while the waffle was a bit undercooked and soggy.I'm guessing their talents rely more on the fresher food ingredients although I have not tried it. I will probably go again to give them a second chance based solely off of the waitstaff.
