We arrived lass than 1hour before they closed, food was still good. We were the only customers there. It was nice and quiet. Friendly staff ?? We had breakfast for our late night dinner.

For me I love, on my weekends, to take my family to IHOP But this specific location was so terrible!I mean the customer service is HORRIFIC. I waited in line for almost more than 45 minutes on the side seats, waiting for any employee to ask or even make an attempt to attend to me. But after we finally were seated and were given our food... the food wasn't even that good! We got big steak omelets , keyword steak, but when we got them we could clearly see they were skimping on the actual steak part of the omelets. So overall a bad experience, but the one good thing was that our waiter was on point with coming with our refills before we could even ask.

As the name suggests, great pancakes. Got the double blueberry pancakes. Quite tasty. Got the mushroom and cheese omelet as well, which was quite excellent. Very nice waitstaff.

Went to IHOP in Oakland yesterday and were craving holiday specialty again so we went to one near our home.First time visiting. 3:20pm. It's dead inside and 5 tables were seated. Only two of us. Host originally went to seat us then turned around without saying anything, put the menus away and just stood there. We were left in the dining room very confused. I went up to ask if we should wait and he quietly said, yeah.So we waited fifteen minutes, at 3:20pm, with five tables seated. Two tables left. No one came to seat us. I finally asked how long it would be after fifteen minutes, the host said maybe five minutes. After another ten and all staff disappeared, we left.It was the weirdest experience. Not to mention wasted our time.

I came here with a couple friends and the man at the front desk refused to seat us. He was speaking on the phone when we arrived so we waited for about 10 minutes and the line behind us almost grew long enough to go out the front door. As soon as we turned around to leave he put down the phone to serve the other customers.

Worst customer service. Went in on veterans day to get the red white blue pancakes and was waiting to be seated for 20 min they weren't even busy and they saw me and didn't even acknowledge me. And when they finally sat me down it took them forever to take my order I almost walked out in frustration I started to lose my patience. And the pancakes weren't cooked all the way either the center still had batter. First time to IHOP in 7 years and was very disappointed.

The wait was way to long for an online order. Over an hour and a half to get my order that's with at least 35 mins waiting at the restaurant. To top it off I wasn't given any syrup, butter for the pancakes. Also my order wasn't complete, I ordered 2 different omelettes and both were missing the sour cream and one the salsa. It wouldn't be a big deal if I didn't have to pay for that also.

Their whole system was down they were short stuff but they still made the best of it very helpful and apologetic had the BLT a was delicious as usual

We wanted to order Halloween pancakes but they couldn't just remove fries, sausages, and bacon. We took simple ? and they didn't have any toppings except sugar syrup.
