Horrible service!!!! Asked for fresh orange ? juice, the lady owner on the counter gave me Togo plastic container with suppose to be fresh squeezed orange juice.Foul taste, not fresh squeezed as she and her husband confirmed to us that is fresh!!!It taste like bottle ones but with a strange taste, I was getting worried and after being lied to. These people are not honest and God knows from where they collect that juice!!The poppy bagels with super salty cream cheese/ imitation cream cheese!!Came home throwing up everything with burning sensation in my stomach and throat!!Don't trust that place! Liars and misleading!!!

Horrible bagels! First of all, they don’t toast the bagels enough so you’re pretty much eating them cold and secondly they don’t cut the bagels in half (lazy workers), which bagel place doesn’t cut bagels in half if your ordering them separately with cream cheese? And they didn’t double wrap the bagel, super disappointed and would not recommend this place. We came home and had to re-warm up the bagels which already had the cream cheese in it and it tasted horrible, 3 bagels for $14 dollars was a waste of money,

Just moved here and so happy HofB is like 5 minutes from me. Jeffry there has been super helpful/friendly helping me try new stuff and the food is solid. Great for a quick breakfast. Highly recommend ?
Crusty outsides, fluffy inside, and toppings cover the entire bagel! I’m a sesame gal and it’s annoying those times you basically get a slight sprinkle of sesames on top. I’m not able to go as often as I used to but if I’m in the area I love stopping in. So much better than nearby Noah’s and I prefer over other House of Bagels locations in the area. They just make good bagels ?bonus: they have mini bagels for your tiny tots
House of Bagels on Prospect supplied Breakfast for the end of the year celebration for Prospect High School and As you can see they were delicious. Jeffrey was very helpful and awesome.
Cute shop, but very aggressive management . The owner called me a liar because I told him they got my order wrong. I was astonished. Very strange experience.(Edit 05/28/21) Want to clarify. Didn’t get the refund. Came in a few weeks later and told them. Was called a lair. We’re talking about a $5 bagel. Please. Unfortunate that you chose to call me a lair rather than believe your barista got the order wrong.
Bagels here are good, but I ordered a lox sandwich and it was mostly lettuce. One tiny piece of fish, barely any cream cheese. $12! Would not order it again.
