I have been coming here for a while now and this week I ordered oolong milk tea three times and quality was not good I told the employee today and she didn't apologize and didn't seem to really care at all. I am really disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone, I am certainly going somewhere else.

I got a Qq passion fruit tea! It tasted good, but the lid was kind of hard to put the straw in! I consider coming back again!
Love the milk yeas here never fails to hit those boba cravings.Ipersonally would recommend getting your drinks with low/no sugar to avoid the sqeetness overpowering everything
I love the mango green tea with coconut jelly and the strawberry milk tea with bobba. You really can't miss with all their selections.

Compared to other boba shops, I find both Gong Cha’s tea and milk tea to be equally good quality. I usually get the Ice Cream Black Tea if I want something sweet. Only downside would be the bamboo straws, as it kind of ruins the taste of the tea due to its rough texture. Overall would recommend :)
Nice Taiwanese boba tea shop. Their drink is very authentic. Highly recommend.
Good selection. Environmentally friendly straws. I like their portion size. However, they could work at their boba texture. Sometimes I feel they are stale
