Food was outstanding. We drove from Sacramento for my wife's birthday to get her okonomiyaki. She has seen many street food YouTube videos and so wanted to try something similar. It was great, there were many options for the whole family.
A generally okay-place. Lots of variety and options to choose from, has a bit of a Japanese convenience store feel.I will say the freshness is questionable. I’d rather have fewer options, but higher quality dishes. Will not be coming back.
Convenient little shop for Japanese bento boxes. Their specialty is okonomiyaki (Japanese savory pancake) but there are other options such as unagi over rice, salmon teriyaki bento box, udon noodles, chicken katsu, chicken or pork oyakodon. There's also lots of snacks, drinks and some prepackaged desserts.Just go in, pickup your box, line up and pay. It's very quick ?
Really happy we tried this new place! You walk in and can definitely see the variety, quality and cleanliness of this place! Lotta different options for different moods I guess, but I just got some of the battered items in the back that are two dollars apiece. The scallops with the Tong sauce were incredible! Fresh and crisp and umami with the sauce. My friend bought some of their prepared meals for the next day which also looked delectable! The whole plaza here has a great variety!
Amazing place! It’s a perfect choice when you’re too lazy to cook, but don’t want a full meal. The variety of food is amazing and the taste is restaurant level. So happy that I found this place makes my life much happier and easier
I've been looking for a specific style of okonomiyaki for quite some time and this place has it! It's not overly fried/deep fried as you might find in a lot of places and has a lot more flavour than just batter.
Lots of fresh, to-go food choices, bento boxes, poke bowl assortment, rice with meat all loaded with sauces and good taste. A surprising amount of offerings considering how small the market is. Lots of snacks, and little gift/toy items too. Drinks on the side, and fried meats on a stick to grab as you walk through like a turnstile.
Wow! They have amazing take out food here. It's very authentic Japanese food and very good. I will definitely keep coming back for the bento. I had salmon with rice.
Wow, just had the cold mentaiko pasta with ikura - yum! Delicious and creamy and noodles that are soft but not too soft. Also inhaled my salmon ikura onigiri so no photos, but it was delicious and a great balance between rice and the salmon and ikura. The saba shioyaki onigiri was delicious too - tender and flavorful.I didn’t get around to trying other stuff including the okonomiyaki or kushikatsu but am looking forward to my next visit!
I loved the grab and go concept. The food was pretty good. Nice variety of items. I will definitely be going back.
