I got a birthday cake from forest and flour for my wife - she absolutely LOVED it! For the next week I heard “It was so special that you found a cake for me that I can eat!” Additionally the team was great to work with - highly recommend!
Forest and Flour is seriously the real deal. I gave up on trying to find gluten-free but gluten-like products after becoming gluten free almost a decade ago due to allergies, until Forest and Flour came in and rattled the GF world.Forest and Flour didn't even try to match or replicate gluten. They did something entirely different, and entirely more delicious. Their flavors are absolutely divine, with matcha and carrot muffins, and their lemon lavender bread. Not only do I not need to worry about gluten, but the team uses intentional ingredients across the board and I am 100% confident in their team choosing healthy alternatives, leaving me to feel energized after any of their products. Not just that, but my favorite part of my weekend is going to the Farmer's market (Fort Mason) and buying my favorite products from the sweet family that runs the business.Thank you Sway and Damian, I (and my gluten loving family who also love your products) are so happy to have found you.All I can say to the Forest and Flour team -- why Fremont for your first restaurant?!!! Now, I'm going to have to make the trek from San Francisco to Forest and Flour to try all of your restaurant creations.
So excited to find these delicious baked goods that I can actually eat! I can't have dairy, gluten or eggs & it's not an issue here!! My 3 year old kiddo is gobbling the orange almond coconut cookies while I have a slice of lemon lavender loaf with tea. Heaven!
I stopped at this booth at the Los Gatos farmers market to snag some chocolate chip cookies for my 2 year old- not realizing their amazing ingredient story.
Such authentic, delicious and healthy products. I’ve been enjoying the gluten free rosemary bread and the bars. They are so good. Highly recommend Soturi kitchen.
