Honestly not a good first impression, I’ve been working near this location a great while and decided to finally give this place a try. They have a banner outside promoting their all you can eat deal and when I went in to finally give it a shot, well they apparently weren’t doing it, and according to their banner, I still had 30 minutes to enjoy their buffet. And before anyone says we’ll maybe it was slow and they didn’t want to waste pizza… we’ll then don’t have the banner up. They tried to offer me an already made pizza to go which I could only imagine was a canceled order and who knows how long it was sitting there like are you kidding me. Bad first impression has led me to believe to simply avoid coming here ever. Good luck guys but yeah, I’m never coming here.
Generally good pizza but also kind of basic. The toppings are a bit sparse but fresh. I guess that’s how you balance cost and price of a pizza? Overall, I think there are better places nearby (like Pappa Georggeo).
Overall a great local pizza place. Love the Chicken Tikka pizza here so much! The family that runs it is also great. Highly recommend for a weeknight dinner or anytime a craving hits.
These slices are supposed to be thin crust, greens onions, jalapeños, tomatoes, mushrooms. I had 5 slices with NO tomatoes, and more than half of pizza missing tomatoes, green onions and jalapeños. Items mostly bunched up in globs NOT evenly spaced or distributed. Nasty, give people what they order NOT what you want. 1/2 the pizza was vegetarian supreme other half greens onions, jalapeños, tomatoes, mushrooms…wow EMPTY apology. Come back (spend more money here) then we will try again. “give us another chance.”(after more money is spent here)…whatever just come back and spend your cash again. Inflation increased most cost($), making garbage food and not even offering to make this order right. How about you get my 1st order request right, then we’ll talk about future business.
Decided to give this place a shot. As our first order, we got a combination pizza and pepperoni. The quality of this pizza is phenomenal! The right amount of crispy and perfect amount of soft is what gave these pizzas 10/10! Will definitely be ordering from here more often !!! Hats off to the cook today !!
I am always reluctant to try new places, due to when I do…it’s always a disappointment!!However tonight you made this the most delicious, phenomenal experience and me and my girls are YOUR NEW pizza lover’s DESTINATION FOR US!!!!!Thank you ?
Great pizza good service. Called over the phone to check if they accept Apple Pay was told yes then went to pick up and was told no Apple Pay and wasn’t able to get my pizza
Great local pizza spot in South San Jose. Pizza is always hot and fresh and consistently high quality, and the staff is super friendly. In addition to the traditional soft drink offerings, beer and wine are served as well, including on their outdoor patio. In a twist on the traditonal pizza offerings, they also have fusion Indian pizza selections such as chicken tiki masala. If you are looking for great pizza and fast service, I highly recommend Five Star Pizza.
Lives up to the name! The lunch special pizza/soda gives a reasonably priced meal. I prefer the chicken Tikka masala for it's spicy flavor. 5 star offers a wide variety of pizza, but all have the same base. The crust here has good taste and texture. The salads here are tasty and well portioned.
One of the best pizza I have had in US. It's really fulfilling. Lesser american cheese, more veggies, more stuffing and all great taste. Plus service always bang on. Really lucky to live near by this place.
