This place is up there with one other Hamburger joint.the hamburger are cooked to your spec,french frys are cooked a little to much but good.the strawberry shake taste like real strawberry were being used and then the favor is outstanding.guess when I go here I miss out on the peanuts never been offer at his location.i know the location on Old Oakland road and Brokaw has them because I remember saying to my friends why are all these shells on the floor and I was inform this was the norm.Five Guys you are cutting into that lead the other great hamburger place(in&out) has over you.
Burnt hard fries with bearly any seasoning. Asked for new ones because they taste burnt and old but was told its because of the oil. This is the only five guys that has them like this.
Kids these days really don’t want to work. The places closes at 10pm so I go in at 930pm hoping to get some dinner. I notice that all the employees are standing in the corner just chatting and everything looks off. So I ask if they’re still taking orders or not? Suspected answer I got was that they’re not taking any more orders for the night and are done. So really their hours of closing should be changed to 930pm. I’d hate to be an owner of a place whose employees want to shut down earlier than they should and turn away profit.
The burgers here are always amazing and the service is some of the best. I strongly recommend trying this place out if you haven't yet.
Food is good but make sure you check your order well before you leave. They missed a few things and toppings on our order.
Chocolate shake was delicious. Taste of vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup. Not too sweet. Paired very well with the fries I ordered. Perfect afternoon snack. Shake and fries.
Great food. Had the bacon cheese burger and fries. Good service also.
Great place to grab a freshly cooked burger. No complaints. And they always make your order correctly.
It's decent. The food is great and the customer service is on point. However there could be so much more added to the menu in terms of items offered.
Really upset with the service I was given today. I usually go to this location because it’s the closest to me and I never have any issues. I got there at 5:30 just ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries nothing else. As time goes on, I see that people who came in after me already received their order. I asked what about ticket 78, since they are already on 81. The guy gave me an attitude and said he doesn’t have my ticket and the. He said my order will be right out. I understand it’s a busy Friday night but I had to wait again by now they are on 91. So I ask again hey what about ticket 78. And then he said oh that’s right! And then they started making my order. I waited a whole hour for my order. The people who had ordered right after and even 20-30 after me all got their food. Really disappointed that I was the unfortunate one that this happened to. I didn’t even get a sorry they just kept giving me dirty looks. Like how was this my fault !!????
