They have the best burgers. I have always liked Five Guys, but we frequent this location a lot now that my son works here. He claims he makes the best fries and the best milkshake. Quite a few high school kids work here and the atmosphere is always light hearted and jovial.
a fastfood burger joint offering burgers, fries and shakes. everything is ok except for the fries which we found too overdone or burnt. although the fries are big cut jist burnt for my liking.
Arrived Jan. 6, 2022 slightly after 2 PM to find the front door locked, lights on with one employee visible inside but a sign on each door indicating that they closed early due to a staff shortage. :( May try again if back in San Jose area.
Fries ? were awesome also enjoyed the veggie burger
Moving here from out of state and I haven't been to a five guys in over 2 years, and I came here tonight (12/3/21) and found a piece of dark hair cooked in with my fries. Not on the outside, but I only found after I bit into a fry and saw it sticking out. *GAGS*I have never seen anything like it before. I threw away the food before I taking a photo.My partner also explained they messed up his order and put mushrooms on his hotdog (he stated he didn't want them on there), and had no cheese on his bacon cheeseburger. When he went up there to get the food, they gave away our regular fries to a different customer and he had to ask for another set of fries and shown the receipt.I mean this was a Friday night yes, but we came in before the dinner rush around 6:10pm-ish.I don't know what is going on there, but I completely lost my appetite for Five Guys and we left early before finishing our food.I don't think I'll ever go back there. ?

Really love Five Guys however this was not one of those times that I walked away fully satisfied from a delicious meal. My grilled cheese burger was warm closer to cold. The service was okay. But not the typical service I've come to know of Five Guys. It was just location I feel.
Five guys are pretty consistent with good burgers, on this particular trip it was not a really fantastic Burger as usual but it was definitely better than average.
Good burger, which they say has no fillers or preservatives, which is why it's lighter than other fast food burgers. Still doesn't beat In and Out, though
Burgers are good but the place is not clean. The floor was dirty, and most of the tables and chairs were unclean
