Decent clean hotel, rooms are generally nice, but during multiple stays over the past several months I've had some good and some not so good rooms. Seems to depend on the remodel status of the particular rooms. My biggest complaint is the breakfast. Possibly due to the covid restrictions, but the only real hot food is individual microwave-type fast food (sausage biscuits, pre packaged breakfast burritos, etc), identical to what you'd get from a vending machine. They pre-heat and keep them in a steamer, causing them to get condensation inside the packages which results in soggy wet sandwiches when opened. No buffet style scrambled eggs, etc. Would give more stars if the breakfast was better...
Second star only for location and courtesy shuttle. But would not recommend if you can spend an extra 65 bucks to stay at the Springhill next door or the Hyatt place. Fire alarms went off 2x (10:26pm and 11:24pm) and the first room we got had bugs in the bed and was a hike from the reception area. Not proud to call this a Marriott property. Buyer beware.
pretty standard business focused hotel. there is a breakfast room that is across the driveway from the front desk. there's actually decent food within walking distance right next to the hotel, and also within walking distance to casino matrix. there's some construction going on, but it didn't bother me when I was staying there.
Great location! They have a hotel shuttle to and from the airport. It does stop running at 11pm. At 11:30pm Lyft was trying to charge $70 to go 1 mile so I walked to the hotel. It is an easy walk and I felt safe the whole time. I also enjoyed the pool, which is large and plenty of room to sit and soak up the sun! The breakfast was good and they had easy grab and go items. A unique hotel set up for a Fairfield. I enjoyed my stay! (Oh yeah and they have a robot, which is always super fun!!)
Clean comfortable room, lots of plugs. Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Friendly staff. Free shuttle to the airport. Good breakfast. The construction noise did not reach the room. However, the shower head is actually evil. It’s a torture device that’s somewhere between having a dentist drill your teeth and a tattoo parlor. I actually yelped in pain several times. If I was staying more than one night I don’t think I could handle it.I had a great stay but the shower head is something I won’t soon forgot.
The hotel was generally nice, but under construction. My big complaint was that this is billed as an “airport hotel” and the airport shuttle did not support my flight. There was very few spots and it did not leave early enough. The desk agent called a cab and said it would be there in 5 minutes. After 10 minutes another guest managed to get an Uber to arrive that I was able to share, but I had to find my own way between terminals.
The rooms are fresh, new and spacious. The distribution of the whole site is a bit weird. I.e. you could be able to cross through the center to get to other side of string of rooms (not sure of this was not an option due to construction at the time).Overall good location very close to airport. The best thing was the room itself. Fresh, new spacious, great walk in shower and perfect size tv. I'd recommend this fairfield to anyone and will stay here again when visiting the area.Seems commercial wise is convenient, but I arrived at midnight and left 4 hours later, so did not see it in regular hours.
The shuttle came and picked my grandmother I up from the airport. The driver recommended a local restraunt 5 min away from hotel. When we got to our room, the maintenance man helped us with our luggage and fixed our tv with a huge positive attitude When we found out how expensive uber drives where we decided to get a rent a car, we requested a ride back to airport and the hotel was able to provide that. very sweet staff !
Great price for a chill stay. Remodeled rooms, very basic toiletries Paul Mitchell, shower only, very nice unlimited delivery of towels. Every room has a balcony and those on the ground level have patio furniture. Pool and jacuzzi are very nice, clean, with comfortable lounge chairs, and framed with tall palm trees. The grounds are well maintained. There seems to have been a fire on the front of the building so it’s under going construction. I have no doubt in my mind when it’s finished it will be lovely.I stay at Marriott’s more than I stay at home and this is one of my favorites. It’s not a swanky upscale Marriott it’s a Fairfield, just right.Fun for family’s, lots of entertainment in the area, and a great escape with your partner to be romantic. Full cable with internet television no AirPlay or phone streaming but 40inch high def flat screen smart tv. Microwave and fridge minus the freezer, small coffee maker, safe, and desk for working.Awesome restaurants, casino’s, public transportation of every kind right outside the hotel, free basic breakfast, plenty of free parking, security. Last but not least a very nice and accommodating staff. They are so authentically nice and really do the most to make you feel welcome. Just make sure to not hop the balcony on the first floor and tip the housekeeping. It’s a gem you’ll be happy you stayed.
The staff at the front desk were very kind, and wanted to be helpful. The rooms were clean but very dated. The overall condition of this property isn’t the best. The shower head was really bad - the water jets hurt the skin and there is no way to slow it down. The breakfast offering is very paltry; on our first morning, they had run out of most of the food. There were plenty of dining options nearby, including a Starbucks store right in front of the property.
