They really know their wine here! Restaurant and bottle shop so you can buy bottles to go. The food was good but the menu selections were limited for both in house bottles and food options.

They are changing their menu. They are leaning heavily to pizza and removed many if not all of the favorite dinner meals. I'm sure the pizzas will be fine but that's not the dining experience I'm looking for.

Service was phenomenal. Wine and cocktails were great. Food was okay at best. Salmon entree was flavorless and overcooked, felt grossly overpriced for what we got. Had much higher expectations.

This past August we organized our super small wedding reception dinner at Enoteca, one of our favorite restaurants! Miyuki and her team are over-the-top AMAZING!!!!! She was so communicative and made sure our dinner went off without a hitch, and the food was absolutely delicious, as usual. Thank you Miyuki for working with us and for making our wedding day so special and lovely!! If you are looking for a special venue to host a great meal with amazing service, definitely add Enoteca to your list!

It was absolutely delicious

Great place for pizza and light pasta. The procuito calzone and red spicy pizza are excellent. Also get a bottle of wine. There’s always a nice selection.

Authentic italian cuisine that makes me feel uncultured because it's good. Sweet and cozy outdoor seating with hella cool vines

Dinner was ok. Tarrimisi was wet on the bottom

Yesterday I had de opportunity to try this place for the first time and I had a lovely lunchtime with great food and friendly service.I choose the patio area to enjoy the nice weather and the place didn't disappoint: the atmosphere is great, you can enjoy the fresh air in an open space without the sun in your eyes.I had:- Spritz Bianco 12 (prosecco, limoncello, club soda, lemon wedge, rosemary)- Peroni Nasto Azzurro (Italian beer)- Crostini Sampler (perfect to try a little bit of everything)- Melanzane panini (Roasted eggplant, sweet red peppers, garlic, crimini mushrooms, thyme, rosemary & a melted 5 cheese blend on a toasted baguette)- Prosciutto Calzone (shredded mozzarella, whipped ricotta mixture, fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, arugula, EVOO, fresh romano, parsley).Everything was on point: temperature, flavor, texture, portions, and I'm still thinking about the dough's calzone with the different cheeses that I tasted. My advice: go to this place with extra time so you can have the whole experience without using your meal, and let yourself be indulged by the staff (with their service and suggestions).

My Italian friends and I have eaten at Enoteca La Storia several times, and find the food just O.K. Located in the Little Italy section of San Jose, Enoteca La Storia is in a nicely decorated old building. However, the food is just O.K. and expensive for what you get. The wait staff is friendly.
