Great breakfast sandwiches, but their donuts are only so-so. The coffee flavor rates a 5 out of 10 stars. Breakfast potatoes have weird taste, will not order those again.

The place seems to be freshly renovated and was absolutely spotless. The parking lot and the inside were both very clean. They are parking onsite at the perimeter of the property and have a drive-thru also. They accept NFC payments. Comfortable seating inside: two seat tables, bar style high chairs and bench style couch in front of a large screen TV. Staff was very polite and quick with service.

Went there for cold brew and a glazed donut. I had Krispy Kreme last week, and I was curious about the ? here, because I've never had them. The donut was ok at best, because it didn't seem freshly baked. The nitro cold brew was good, but not as foamy as what I would get at Starbucks.

Didn't like the taste at all. The coffee should be on the tap but it is stored in large tumblers and the orders are prepared directly on the countertop by pouring from those jugs. I like my coffee sweet and ordered certain amount of sugar and none were added. Tasted like a gas station self prepared coffee and no way near to the Sunnyvale store

The drive-thru was pretty slow-paced for a Saturday. Ordered a Turkey bagel sandwich and chicken bacon egg croissant. The service at the pickup window was quick, though the food wasn’t satisfactorily warm.

The place was extremely quiet and still the four employees were very very slow. I assume no management was present because they waited to make a new pot of coffee until I’d already waited 5 minutes. Opposite of efficiency.

Great to have a Dunkin in San Jose. Besides good coffee and doughnuts, they have some really creative snack and breakfast ideas. Like cream cheese filled bagel bites, ham and cheese stuffed, melty croissant and a bag of crispy bacon! Pretty interesting take on drive through breakfast!

I have visited the store a couple of times now. The first time I visited, it was around 6 PM, the store didn't have the items on the menu. It was so frustrating when the store employee said to me that they only have 3-4 varieties of donuts. Why do guys even have a menu when I have to choose from 3-4 varieties ??‍♂️The next time, I placed an order at 10 AM in the morning on Valentine's day. I paid for the order upfront and while placing the order, the Dunkin Donuts app said "We want to make sure your order is freshly made. Based on your current location, your estimated arrival time may be later than when your order is ready." I thought to myself, the app says I might arrive late, so let me place the order when I am ready to drive to the store. After a few mins, I went to my car and placed the order. When I visited the store, the store employee said they don't have the special Valentine's day menu items. What the ****. I was like, replace it with whatever you have and go to the pickup window. To add to my frustration, the employee asks for my order again (didn't I just tell you the order in the previous window!!) and then goes on picking the donuts one by one. WOW!!! JUST WOW!! My entire order was picked up from the shelves and packed only then! There is so much gap from what the APP said my experience would be to what it actually was. To compensate couldn't you guys add an extra donut? Ask sorry? There is a reason why I never get disappointed at Krispy Kreme.

I love Dunkin Donuts, but this particular location was very disappointing. The screen was strobing when we were trying to order, they were out of the winter special, they gave us the wrong donut holes, the wait was way too long and the drinks were barely warm. Unfortunately, I was in the drive thru, so I didn't know about the drinks being barely warm and the donuts until I drove away. Since the wait was so long, I didn't have the time to turn around and get my order corrected. Very disappointing.

I used to love DD Back East (Massachusetts) But now these donuts taste only so-so, as compared to K Kreme. Donut sizes are bigger and less sweet than KK's, but still with the disappointment. When I came to live in San Jose, there were 3 DDs in 1991. But they closed up shortly afterwards for unknown reasons. I was excited about their comebacks, but the current taste stars to disappoint me.
