...on Facebook and simply wrote "bxdxss sandwiches better than I ever had in Vietnam." And the sandwich I had was. But I also remember having great banh mi in Albuquerque a dozen years ago so... So a lot of people come here and wait for banh mi. It is very popular with what seems like an all Vietnamese clientele so I imagine the authenticity of this place is pristine. One tough guy drove up in an immaculate white Tesla and dropped off a beautiful lady to get an order. I had a #1 thit nuong grilled pork: substantial, delicious - it didn't disappoint. I really want to come back and try the more traditional #2 dac biet special bahn mi. Hopefully that will be my last bahn mi in America for...
Definitely a go to spot for my family and I in the bay area. The classic deli cut sandwich, grilled pork, grilled pork with egg, and spicy pork sandwiches are all absolutely delicious. Love that they're open early and service is quick so you can pick up their sandwiches before a nice road trip or hike! Sometimes there's a line, but you can call in your order ahead of time if you want to save time. Already craving my next sandwich!
Best sandwich ever! My usual order is pâté chaud, banh gio, and grilled pork and egg sandwich! The best! Alway order egg and grilled pork sandwich!

Very good Banh Mi! It was a long wait but that just shows how popular they are. Still have to try all the different types but the pork belly one was really good. It's also nice because all of their bread is freshly baked!

Fantastic banh mi! They have a wide variety of filling but most importantly the bread is perfect. It’s slightly chewy, crispy, and thin but hearty enough to contain all the fillings. So good.
Went there quite early on a weekday. It was well before lunch time so there was not yet a line or rush or people. So it took about a minute to order and then another couple of minutes to get my food. I ordered a number 11, which is the vegetarian. I got the large size and it cost about $7, which is amazing because it was a pretty big sandwich. You can’t go wrong for value with your money here. Not only is it a sizable portion, it also tastes sooo good. They had a lot of other little snacks etc that you could get, but I just got the Vegetarian sandwich.Tip- If you pay with a card, and it’s under $10, you have to pay $0.50 extra. But I didn’t mind that.
