No restaurant here. Ordered online with eatstreet and it took me 2 hours to get my return. Their phone is going straight to voicemail
I made an order on their website. It came with free delivery and I was able to order ahead for 1 PM. They use Doordash for the tracking system, so I was monitoring the order. It estimated 1:12 PM, which is fine... Just a bit late I suppose.It was about 1:15 PM and I receive a text that says my order was CANCELLED! Why was it cancelled? And why was I notifed so late? There was no explanation! I was frustrated, upset, hungry, and now I had no lunch!I tried calling the number on the email. No answer!Tried calling the number on the website. No answer!I will not be ordering from here again.
First experience:- Food was ready 20 minutes later than scheduled pickup- Brisket was bland and borderline watery (bbq sauce made it edible; but I dislike saucy brisket)Second experience:- They took my money and closed without giving me food (an hour before their posted closing time)
Second Dickey's loction tried going to today. This place is NOT Dickey's. It is some sort grub hub pick up spot??
This was so bad I wouldn't feed it to my dog I can't believe you sale this wanabe bbq because it's gross and you charge these prices like its good worst 35.00 I spent never will go back
The max and cheese was the best thing from here cause it tasted like box Kraft Mac and cheese. Brisket was dry and almost tough to chew. The chicken was even more dry and without flavor. The bbq beans also had no flavor and they were stale and dry on the inside. Everything from here tastes like it was a couple days old and sitting under a heat lamp. Original bbq sauce was good but not enough to help the poor food quality.
Was in town last week ! Had the brisket sandwich and a big yellow cup . Slaw topper and potato salad ! Grey food and it was fast ! Only had a 30 min lunch break
If I could give zero or negative stars I would , THE ABSOLUTE WORST BBQ FOOD , well really the worst food I’ve ever had, EVERRRR! & for takeout they absolutely suck at paying attention to detail ….. this place needs to close :….. hooooooorrrriiiibbbleeeee
Don't order unless you want to lose your money (literally), and be ignored on every communication channel when dare to ask "hey where is my order???"Ordered on Sunday, order went into "packing phase" half an hour before delivery time, so that was promising... but then it stuck there for an hour... then two...And of course they disconnected the phone service in the store so you can't even call them. No answer on Facebook, neither from store nor from parent account. No answer on feedbackWorst service ever
Dickey's BBQ has the nastiest BBQ ribs I've ever tasted I tried to call and tell them but no one answers the phone so they really don't care about their customers I do not recommend anyone go there
