Was practically ignored by my waiter (although he served the female customers very promptly). I didn't get my drink until after my food when I reminded him. The order was wrong and cold and didn't get any syrup for my pancakes. The waiter also ignored me flagging him down. Couldn't even get anyone to properly check me out so I left cash at the table and left. Probably one of the worst food experiences I've had in my life.
I came for my free birthday meal and was told I'd now have to sign up for this.Gone are the days of just showing your ID.I was going to eat and have coffee anyways and before I could order, the order taker 'Juan', I think that was his name, sorry, anyways he came over to say that the manager was going to honor the ID only method as I was still unaware of the change to a sign up based birthday meal.
Good food. Service was a little slow. They had one person being hostess and waitress duties. Need more help.

The patty in my burger was small... this was so unexpected as it's never happened before at any other Dennys... disappointment!
Really good pancakes! Ice tea was slightly bitter though. Great service as well, and clean venue.
Our server was new. She took a while to take our order, she forgot to add croutons to my salad, no biggie. Food was slow to come out as well. My husbands fries weren't hot. Oh and they were out of chicken tenders.
Fast service, courteous staff and bilingual, a plus. Good coffee excellent omelets, great taste. You owe a visit here, you won't regret it!!! Yummy

Great customer service. I had the chicken fettuccine with broccoli and rice. I also had a small bowl of potato soup, and ice cream with chocolate syrup for dessert. If I can't treat myself why bother eating out right?
