I came for Breakfast on a sunday Morning and I was actually surprised. Mark was my server and everything came out better than what I expected. The coffe was delicious, hot. The food was nice and hot and the server was polite fast and efficient. The timing was good, got refill on time, I didn’t have to ask for my check to go and pay. I liked that the manager was walking around making sure everyone was happy and enjoying their breakfast!
It's a Denny's... seen one, you've seen them all. Just went in for a milkshake to go... they're made with real ice cream, but they were out of vanilla, so I went for chocolate. A little expensive, but delicious... just what I needed... A 5 in that category... but heads up to the maintenance crew... be a little more attentive to the condition of the restroom... one of the nastier ones I've seen in a while.
First and last time visiting this Denny's location. Staff service can truly stain the reputation of one of the most famous restaurant chains in the US. Visited around 3pm and although only 2 tables were being served the staff seemed to be too 'occupied' to greet or even acknowledge clients walking in. After five minutes we finally were greeted and walked over to a table right next to the restroom, which honestly if it was busy I'd understand but it just seemed 'petty.' We got up and walked to a different table. The waiter rushed us into selecting or order, was very forgetful when asked to bring condiments or sugar/creamer, and refused to bring us an extra portion of Hollandaise sauce which I understand if there's non available but in this case he couldn't bring us any due to non ordering the benedicts. When asked if we could have a short stack of pancaked WITH chocolate chips they served us regular pancaked with chocolate chips ON THE SIDE. Isn't that weird? We were more than happy to pay extra but I guess they can't accommodate special requests. Lastly at checkout there was again no one attending the register. Keep in mind there were four waiters on duty. Very strange & disappointing experience.
UPDATE (changing 1-star to 3)... After calling HQ, and explaining the situation below, I received a lot of empathy and a call from the AM named Sam. He profusely apologized and told me to return and ask for Jorge, so I did. He said the woman manager was wrong and he'd talk to her. She was gone when I arrived. He told Jorge to comp my whole meal....Upon my return EVERYTHING was WONDERFUL! I wish I had been able to get a check to pay with the promo QR code so I could have left a tip. ALL the guys on staff had good attitudes & offered great service! They are a solid team here in the afternoon and should be commended!?? EARLIER...I had a coupon from T-Mobile for free pancakes until next Tuesday at 4:59am. I went in to order and was told I can use the coupon ONLY TUESDAY. I explained that "the promos come out on Tuesday and you have a week to use it." He said that's nor their communication from their corporate so I asked for the manager. He said he was, but then a few minutes later a Hispanic woman appeared in a dress and showed me her phone. (SHE was clearly the manager.) Her promo had it ending TODAY @ 4:59am so I showed her my phone that had a different expiration date for NEXT Tuesday. So I showed her my phone which had did expiration date different. I told her as this came out this week it's good for one week. I told her that I use these promotions from T-Mobile often and I know how they typically work. She shook her head and gave me a comment that was kind of rude saying, "I'm sure you do." When I made an attempt to call corporate to confirm the legitimacy of what I saw versus what she had on her phone she told me that they "could not serve me" and I would have to leave! She said, "drink your coffee for free and then leave!" I refused the coffee and left and called corporate office which confirmed that I was the one in the right and she was wrong. I feel that this could have also been discrimination because I was a middle-aged white woman coming in by myself and I've had experiences with Hispanic women treating me differently.
Jose, the Host was bagging food for 5 full minutes, ignoring us. When he finally came over to the register he gave me a disdainful glance and told me that the restaurant was closed, there was no cook. While he was saying this I was watching a person cooking food at the grill. This is the second time this guy was rude to us, there will not me a third. Zero stars. ?
My pancakes where cold but they did replace them. I guess why I wouldn’t recommend it is because I told the lady that I left the money on the table. My mom had to use the bathroom. The server took the money. And the lady was just looking at the table like we didn’t leave any money there. I told her that the server had the money and then she stop looking. I felt like she was thinking I was trying to run with my mom and my kids without paying
It was 4:30am & even if my life depended on it, I could not find a gas station that the mini mart was open or if there was someone there, would only speak with you through the service window or doesn't know where the keys are (HA ?! Brunette buddy, not Blonde. Like where do you go ?). One guy told me he goes outside! ?!!! "So you're telling me that you're Boss won't let you know where the keys are & makes you go outside!???! He says yes. "Hey Buddy, don't you know that's illegal?" 1, you shouldn't be doing that & #2, you're Boss can't make you!! ... Then, BRILLIANT! Denny's comes to mind. Sure enough their open, very friendly even if you're only using the bathroom.
Great location. Got great customer service from heather our waitress. Bathrooms are not that good & need to cleaned & maintained a little more. Food was great. Place was fairly clean. I would recommend.
? Good experience- I loved the location and the food was great. Always Veggies ? omelette ? the service is as always great ? the coffee was not that great though. I used the restroom it is not that clean I hope that they will clean it next time. I will be back soon to Denny’s. I highly recommend this place for BRUNCH or Breakfast ?
I would have given one star if I could.. Do not go to this place. The customer service is extremely bad. The food was so greasy and it came in cold. We have been in other Denny's chains before and we were satisfied. This one is so bad. The guy served us food, Jose was so rude to us. He charged us more than he should have, and he could not communicate with us... Don't go to this Denny's
