Extremely bad service. Don’t come here. And for folks thinking about working here, you deserve a better place
Avoid this place like the plague!!!! They DO NOT know what an obvious Egg Benedict is. They over charged me on kids drinks because they where out of kids cups. Like that’s my fault. Then while I was paying and making sure they ring me up right they tried to switch to speaking Spanish and say that I didn’t tell them about an item when they NEVER showed me the receipt so I have to go through the receipt as I’m paying. But they didn’t know i spoke Spanish so I was able to butt in to the conversation the cashier was having with the “manager”. This is seriously the worst location ever I will drive down to Blossom Hill next time and I live down the street from this place and I’d rather drive to blossom hill.
Nice clean restaurant. They always seem a bit understaffed but they do a very good job providing prompt, courteous service!
This place is a nice place for breakfast. They have good pancakes and sausage and egg. I would recommend this place.
The service here is top notch. The manager is super kind and very professional. Although San Jose’s customer service has gone to hell- this establishment has kept there personable ways. My food came out within 15 mins, hot, flavorful. The location was very clean, bathrooms well kept, overall a great Dennys experience. Thanks for making the beginning of our Sunday a good one Martha, we will be back.
I don’t review very often, but last Wednesday’s lunch is one to remember. My disabled aunt isn’t the easiest person to deal with. I’ll be honest, she could be rude, complains, etc. On the day we came in, our waitress noticed that my aunt was not in a good mood, and was extra kind, extra attentive, made sure her food specifications were met. I hadn’t seen her smile or enjoy her meal like this in a long time. The food was good, the restaurant was warm and welcoming. I genuinely appreciate the small things in life, like a person who cares about our experience. I didn’t catch the women’s name but she had glasses. I’d recommend this Dennys , compared to others in the area.
Came in today the manager was super friendly and the food was amazing can’t wait to be back and the restaurant super clean.
Breakfast is always good here, the servers at this restaurant provide excellent service
It was Christmas Eve and I was grateful that Denny's was open! I was seated as I walked in. My server was great taking our orders and getting our food to us quickly.
My son and I went here for breakfast during our short trip to the US. He loved it! Food was great as expected, and the staff were very (and I mean very!) kind and helpful. Will surely come back. Thanks again for everything.
