Pretty good for a Denny's. I stayed across the street at the Best Western so this place was close. Also just off the 101 so it is easy to access. All of my To Go orders were perfect except 1. The following day that made up for that mistake (wrong meal). Ate in with a guest and he wasn't happy about the lack of attention but I rather be left alone.
Staff could use a little more knowledge about the products they are selling. The waitress I had today didn't know what I was trying to order until I found it on the menu. Then she told me, "oh, that's my favorite!". Really?This was after she ignored me for at least three trips right past me. Probably get better service here if you're Mexican.
Have lost count of the times they forget to add something difficult like bacon or cheese...the ammount of times i have been embaressed when we all have our food but 1-2 still of my friends still waiting only to be told they dont have that item.The straw that broke the camels back was a recent visit where they completly ignored us, did not even ask about seating. It was about 4 of us, hard to miss in a empty restaurant. 10 Minutes and we where outta there.Went to Jack in the Box instead. Rather go there to be honest, good breakfast as well.Such a shame that a great place from my childhood has been transformered into something i expect from a Senior BBQ
Me and my daughter were seated but after waiting about 10 minutes she became impatient and wanted to go somewhere else. No one came to take our order or start with some beverages .
24/7 open restaurants offering primarily breakfasts and comfort food menu. I had satisfying Grand Slam 2 2 2 2 Special Breakfast with cup fresh coffee at 1:00am in the morning.
Ordered something off the value menu and was told it was on the value menu, then once I went to pay they up charged the entire meal and forced me to pay double what I was supposed too… asked for manager and the manager didn’t even come out to help or anything. Terrible management. Be careful coming here, they might charge u more for ur meal than it says.
Welcomed American fare in a dominant Asia shops & eateries district. Service gets 5 stars.

ABSOLUTELY GREAT FOOD, GREAT PLACE BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER.VERY POLITE STAFF, MANAGER. VERY POSITIVE, GREAT ATTITUDES.
Sara is a great waitress food was good and made to order. Mozzarella cheese sticks were good.
