Never drink tea from this shop. And the customer service is also really bad.Worst tea in saratoga, San Jose near westgate mall . They don’t even know how to serve the beverages

The food here is very good! The workers are nice and can accommodate dietary needs. I recommend the strawberry lemonade as a drink.
Excellent atmosphere and wonderful pastries and very good coffee,also breakfast paninis and omelettes. Salads too.
I asked for a harvest salad to go instead I got only lettuce or should I say mixed greens with nothing on it also I got a pomodoari and there was basically two little small cubed chicken. And some old spinach very disappointedWill not be coming back !
I had Chicken Caesar salad. Dressing was not good and the chicken was tasteless (previously frozen??) Lemon bundt cake was dry and tasted processed, not fresh

Not good...This place used to be good but last several times I've been there the food was not good... this time the salad was horrible.. bad taste, old green, almost rotten.. just really bad... go across street to Boudin bakery.. the salads are excellent...
Stopped for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised with the freshness and taste of our meals. The salad was very fresh with all the normal ingredients in a "Power" salad and well executed. The BLT was great but could have used more lettuce and tomatoes to compliment the ample portion of bacon.
