Can't believe they charged me before I was serve. like if they see a construction man they think is homeless so they go ahead and charge 1st. Bad service we should all be treated like customers.
Very authentic and a great menu! Food was superb and the service is better than average
Beautiful spot! Great food and nice people! Very fast service. :)
Long time Vietnamese go to. Fresh spring rolls, fried rolls, peanut sauce are really good....also the broken rice plates, chicken chow mein, bun....
This is my family's go-to Vietnamese restaurant. The ambiance is basic, but the food is excellent. Pho, banh-mi, rice plates, drinks, we get it all here.
Quality and priced right. Every place could be better, I have no complaints and eat here anytime I'm in the area. I prefer dine-in over takeout.
Disappointed with my order. The oil that fried egg rolls made then have a fishy taste, and the Pho broth was bland -no flavor.
It was so terrible. The soup was clearly watered down and it wasn't flavorful. The service was bad because they didn't have simple items like extra fish sauce that's not already mixed or toothpicks. They only had soy sauce for seasoning the Pho. The servers also didn't listen to what we wanted so we had to repeat to them multiple times.
This is just an update to my visit here. Due to the pandemic, I understand that they have to change the hours and close at 7 PM. I haven’t been here for quite some time. Tonight I came here for my favorite dish. I came in and there were barely any customers. Again, it’s been some time since I came by here so I was not aware that they close at 7 PM. I stood there in the entrance for about five minutes and made I contact with a couple of the female employees which they completely ignored me and walked into the kitchen. I saw that the floor of the kitchen was being washed and when I saw a gentleman at the kitchen walking by the doorway and I asked him if they were closed and he said they were. It would have been nice if somebody told me that they were closed instead of me just standing there looking stupid. Service has really gone down the toilet at this location.
When we went into the N parking lot from Bascom, the door is locked an the place was empty inside. It turns out that they shut down half of the place when not busy, without putting up a sign. The regulars seem to know that. I guess the fact that they stay in business although probably cluelessly losing customers indicates that their food is good. We almost drove away.Very good. I'm a pho connoisseur. Broth was excellent, near to the best I've had. Not too salty or sweet, but with real flavor. The ingredients were fresh and good. I can't speak to the amount of meat in the pho because I ended up ordering an extra order of tendonWait staff was attentive and eager to please. What didn't work:Would have liked more basil leaves.I wasn't too happy with being charged $2 extra for an off-menu pho. I just wanted rare beef and tendon. Every other pho restaurant treats it like any other combination.Tendon didn''t have enough chewiness for my taste. I like it gooberry AND ever so slightly chewy. This is a matter of personal taste, however. YMMV if you are a tendon fan. This is one of the pho places that doesn't offer oxtail. Sad.Menus are taped to a table, so if you are tall and far sighted, you have to bend over to see them. They were out of broken rice plates, for my dining partner. Also the ice desert was not available. I understand that right now 10/2021, they might not have been able to source all ingredients, tho. The waiter should have told us up front when we received the menus what was missing, or in the case of the deserts, the few that they actually had.. .I was pretty nit-picky and whiney on the criticisms, but on the basis of the actual quality of the food and the service, it deserves full stars.
