Got the mini cinnamon rolls and was disappointed. The sign makes you think that you’re going to get 5 mini rolls for 5.50 when you only get 3. They were too doughy and not warm. The icing also wasn’t very good. The staff were nice and service was quick. Maybe the big rolls are better.
Picked up catering from Cinnaholic for a family dinner - they brought the packages out to our car which was really helpful! Everyone loved the cinnamon buns and couldn't believe they were vegan. The brownies and chocolate chip cookies were delicious, and the cinnamon sticks were also delicious. The only suggestion I'd have is that the frosting was a little too buttery in flavor.
Great food! Huge fan of the franchise. Household has an egg and milk allergy, so Cinnaholic has been a go-to for un-compromised desserts. Friendly in-store staff but losing a star for a really bad DoorDash experience.
Very disappointed, for our 1st time there. The frosting was sweet enough to put a diabetic, into a coma. There were big clumps of sugar and cinnamon. The person who helped us, wasn't sure on how to do anything. Probably a trainee, or the wrong day to go.
I came here for a snack with my sister. The staff was really friendly but we were looking for something small. I got the mini buns with strawberry frosting. They were premade and prepackaged so they were a little firm and not warm. The frosting wasn't overly sweet. I can't wait to go back and get a full size cinnamon roll with toppings. Something to keep in mind is this is downtown so you would have to park in a parking garage and walk a little bit.
Taste soooo good. I love the raspberry almond roll and their iced coffee. Warm and delicous every time. Roll with vanilla ice cream is great too!

I really love this place and they always fulfill my vegan sugar cravings when I have them. All the flavor combos are fun and delicious. However.. I dropped two stars because today was the second time I received an 8oz instead of a 16oz container of cookie dough when getting the order delivered. The first time I doubted my own sensibilities and without a scale I assumed it could either be 16oz or a simple mistake. But this is the second time and this time we had a scale. If this happens again, we would not be very keen or interested in continuing to order from here.
We used to love coming here but I’m truly disappointed in the maturity level of the staff. Everyone in the store got their orders and our order was skipped. We asked where our order was and stated we’d been waiting over 10 minutes. The staff member snapped at my mother in law that they were working on it. Then proceeded to talk to another staff member about how rude she was. They then realized we were still in the store and heard everything…did not apologize…went back into the kitchen and laughed their heads off… So disrespectful.(12/30/21 around 430pm)
