This is my favorite Chik Fil A. I've been to many. The staff here handle a very inconvenient location with amazing execution. By inconvenient, I mean since Chik Fil A always see high demand, it usually has a line of cars through the Drive-Thru. Most Chik Fil A's do a good job with this issue, but this location goes above and beyond the high expectations. I eat here way too often, but that is because they've turned inconvenience into convenience.
The quality control on orders at this location on Blossom Hill is terrible. I’ve gone through the drive-through or ordered on Door Dash dozens of times, and I’d estimate that about half the time they forget the sauces, dressings, etc. or put the wrong ones in. When I drive there myself, I now check every item before I leave the window, because I’m tired of getting home and realizing that something was screwed up, but unfortunately when I Door Dash there’s no recourse because Door Dash won’t go back to get missing items, and don’t even give a refund if the sandwich or salad is there but they forget the dressing or whatever. The crazy thing is that they always have a million employees milling around inside, but they STILL can’t get someone to check orders for correctness and completeness…
Hey there everyone. I usually don't reviewvery many fast food places but this Chic Fila goes above and beyond. They are always extremely packed but able to finish my 30 piece nugget meal without any problems or delays. They always provide me with the sauce I requested and the staff is extremely nice. The bathrooms are maintained well enough where i feel comfortable going in and the place is always really clean. Thanks for making it a nice spot.
Spicy ? chicken ?, fries, nuggets, chicken wrap， chocolate milkshake...all good ? fast service too
We went through the drive thru. Line was pretty long. But was pretty surprised to see folks were outside taking orders. Really decreased the frustration for sure.Overall food quality I think was great but I honestly was expecting a bit more spice in my spicy chicken burger.
Like every other CFA out there: good food and very polite and efficient service.
The food was great and the service was exceptional. I was helped by Jackie and she made me and my daughter feel welcomed it was so packed and she didnt rush us at all and made sure our order was correct. Thanks Chick-fil-A I'll definitely be back!!
Great food and service! Parking lot is a bit of a hassle though.
This location just makes constant mistakes and their services more like McDonald's than quality service like In-and-Out.It will be a very long time until I return hopefully by then that they can improve their service and quality.My family and I (6 members) will be going to the other location in a less nice neighborhood unfortunately, but hopefully they will give us some consistently good food and service like this place did for about 3 years, but the last few months have been poor service and poor food. ?Also because of repeated problems, the staff is less friendly and indifferent about resolving problems. About 3 years of good service and good food all recently down the drain. ?2nd review:I so wanted to give higher stars because I talked to a director (like a manager) and he said he was going have better training so it wouldn't happen again (below, original problem).I decided to add a side of chicken nuggets because lately sometimes my salad seems to have much less chicken (hit and miss type thing). Well now I know why, because they sometimes count a tiny piece a fraction of the size a full size nugget to be the same [see picture, 2 are fraction of regular size].I would like to change this review, if I can start getting consistent quality again like the past 3 years not like the recent past. My whole order was completely wrong.I ordered 3 spicy deluxe with no pickles and extra cheese;two were spicy deluxe with pickles and no Extra cheese and the 3rd was a regular chicken sandwich with no cheese and pickles.I also ordered the chicken nuggets kids meal(not grilled nuggets) and I still got grilled nuggets and the tenders (I didn’t ordered the tenders) and to put the icing on the cake it wasn’t even busy for the meal to be messed up.I ordered through the drive thru @ 10:45 am
