Don’t use the mobile app on a Friday I guess. Said my food was out, and it wasn’t until 10 minutes later when I could finally get someone did they check on my order to realize they never even started it! I showed them the receipt so they could start it, and he read the kitchen out the items on the receipt with no modifications. After getting his attention again, he had to put in the order and reprint the ticket to give to the back. Said sorry, they are making it now. Had to have a been dreaming because it took another 15 minutes to get out!!! Ridiculous. 30 full minutes from “it’s coming out” from the app.
Not a good representation of Chick-fil-A. This one was rather dirty and the service was meh.Food was very good, though.
I like Chick-fil-A, but service at this location is actually very mixed. I've had mostly good experiences, but they don't always do the line expediting and line ordering like other locations. Today the service was very slow, they didn't acknowledge me at the loudspeaker so after a few minutes of waiting and 2 cars in front of me getting served I said hello and then they briskly replied "What do you want to order?" The service is not as friendly as some of the other franchises in the area.
The drive thru was so slow but it’s worth it because…cookies!!! And so I order 6 for my family because we love them and they are burnt. Like seriously hard as a rock burnt cookies. RIDICULOUS that someone actually bagged them up instead of throwing them all away
I was uncertain about trying this sandwich but wow!! It’s a delicious!! It’s a sandwich made it with a soft flavored chicken perfect cook and the way that they served the potatoes are suck as Greta idea!! And oh my god!! Then sauce!! The honey bbq sauce it’s the best taste of sauce that I ever have tried before! I loved it and definitely going to make that place my favorite fast food
Isaiah, who was the manager on duty served the drive-thru before everyone that had place an order ahead of time in the pick-up line.I was waiting 20+ minutes to finally get my order, after I had seen many cars that arrived many minutes after me receive their food.Tonight was mismanaged big time.It’s first come first serve. I was there way before those drive thru orders.Now I’m at my house and they’ve forgotten to place a sandwich in the bag.
Wow!!! Amazingly tender! Definitely worth to wait in a long queue. Loved the strips. It reminded me of the chunk of angel chicken I had in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Very much satisfied!
Perfect place for chicken lovers. Spicy chicken sandwich is very good and must try. No complaints about service or staff. Very well managed restaurant.
Please go to another nearby Chick-fil-A. This location is super understaffed. They end up hiring non English speakers. It’s frustrating when you order unsweetened tea and get sweet tea twice and then the staff act like there isn’t any problem.
Love their spicy chicken sandwich.. it is different here .. the fired chicken tate you cannot beat it specially with the original chick filA sauce
